The Higher Heavenly Level of God’s Governmental Presence – Part I of II -

Note:
The following message is the first part of a teaching that consists of two parts and we recommend to read the message chronologically.

The Vision of Isaiah

In the book of the prophet Isaiah, chapter 6 states that in the year of King Uzziah’s death, Isaiah saw the LORD sitting on a high and exalted throne while God’s hem filled the temple. At this Isaiah beheld seraphim who were above the throne of God and who had six wings, two of which covered their faces, two their feet, while they flew with the third pair of wings.

Meanwhile, they were shouting three times the word ‘Holy!’ and proclaimed that the lands were full of the glory of the LORD of hosts. As a result, the doorposts in the threshold of the throne room shook and the temple in the spirit realm was filled with smoke (cf. Isaiah 6:1-4).

Isaiah 6:1-4:
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord, high and exalted, seated on a throne; and the train of his robe filled the temple.
2 Above him were seraphim, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.
3 And they were calling to one another: “Holy, holy, holy is the Lord Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory.”
4 At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.

Using this scripture, the Lord has revealed that we, like Isaiah, as the Body of Christ, have completed a season of strength and kingship in Christ and are in a kind of spiritual birthing phase. The birthing phase is associated with a higher level of God’s kingship that includes the presence of the Heavenly Father in the form of ‘YAHWEH – I AM!’

Whenever God brings about His plan of transformation, it is not left out that we have to say goodbye to a worn-out structure in order to be able to bring forth a greater fruit. In connection with the name ‘Uzziah => My strength is YAHWEH’ this means that the LORD wants us to increase in spiritual strength and kingship in Christ Jesus.

This is also revealed in Jesus’ statement when He spoke of His death in connection with the grain of wheat that fell into the earth, which had to die in order to bring forth manifold fruit (cf. John 12:24).

John 12:24:
24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

We can clearly see the connection to the year of King Uzziah’s death, as it was a time period set by God, which included the increase of the LORD’s strength. The LORD is also the God of generations, so whenever He finds righteous people in the generational line, He causes them to increase in blessings (cf. Exodus 20:6).

Exodus 20:6:
… 6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.

The high and exalted presence of God as described in Isaiah 6 is accompanied by the presence of the seraphim (Note: means ‘the fiery, the burning ones’), who reflect the character of God in the form of a consuming fire (cf. Deuteronomy 4:24; Hebrews 12:29).

Deuteronomy 4:24:
24 For the Lord your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.

Hebrews 12:29:
29 for our “God is a consuming fire.”

Since angels are winds and winds fill atmospheres, it is clear that angels fill an atmosphere with the presence assigned to them by God (cf. Hebrews 1:7).

Hebrews 1:7:
7 In speaking of the angels he says, “He makes his angels spirits, and his servants flames of fire.”

It is no coincidence that Isaiah (note: means ‘salvation of YAHWEH, YAHWEH has saved’) was lifted with his spirit being into the throne room of God in the year of the king’s death, where he not only saw the LORD sitting on a throne, but saw Him sitting high and exalted.

God is spirit, which means that He moves or resides in the spirit realm, which we need to understand (cf. John 4:24a).

John 4:24a:
24a God is spirit, …

This high and exalted position of God was accompanied by the fiery presence of the seraphim and their high praise, which thrice proclaimed the holiness of God. As a result, there was a spiritual contraction at the entrance to the throne room, which Isaiah perceived as an earthquake (cf. Isaiah 6:4).

The Earthquake and the Motherhood of God

The earthquake, activates the motherhood of God, wherein God extends His arms to send forth His servants. The reason is because the Hebrew word for a door‘post’ is the word ‘’ammāh’ which means ‘a cubit, door base, lower forearm’ and is derived from the root word ‘’ēm’ which means ‘mother’. (Note: word explanation for the word ‘’ammāh – post’ and the word ‘’ēm – mother’ from the Elberfelder Study Bible with the word key number: 536, 533).

It is divine servant hood, which is the entrance into the high realm of God. This is the reason why Jesus said that whoever wants to be the greatest should practice servant hood (cf. Matthew 23:11).

Matthew 23:11:
11 The greatest among you will be your servant.

In this, it is important that we allow the LORD to surround us and our testimony in Christ Jesus with His fiery and consuming presence, so that we come forth as the Body of Christ in a new spiritual quality for this age and the age to come in order to reveal the strength of His kingship.

Entering into the Threefold ‘Holy!’

It is necessary that we enter into the fiery threefold ‘Holy!’ of the seraphim with our spirit man, which means that this results in our spirit, soul and body entering into greater purity. This happens because the fire of God consumes everything that rises up against the knowledge of God in this holy presence. All of our wrong decisions, feelings, thought processes as well as relationships that keep us from entering more deeply into the presence of God, we need to let go.

Through this sanctification process, which goes hand in hand with God’s appointed timing and majesty in the eternal kingship, there comes a supernatural spiritual contact with the essence of God, allowing His fiery angels, the seraphim, to place a piece of His inner consuming essence in the form of a fiery coal on the lips of our spirit man.

This results in a new and pure communication to sovereignly meet those who consciously live in opposition to God in the royal priesthood of Christ and to seal the realm of knowledge where it is in agreement with the will of God (cf. Isaiah 6:6-10).

Isaiah 6:6-10:
6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.
7 With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.”
8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”
9 He said, “Go and tell this people: “ ‘Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.’
10 Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed.”

This withholding of knowledge is accompanied by the power of God’s parables or puzzling language (cf. Matthew 13:10-15 i.c.w. Matthew 7:6).

Matthew 13:10-15:
10 The disciples came to him and asked, “Why do you speak to the people in parables?”
11 He replied, “Because the knowledge of the secrets of the kingdom of heaven has been given to you, but not to them.
12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.
13 This is why I speak to them in parables: “Though seeing, they do not see; though hearing, they do not hear or understand.
14 In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah: “ ‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.
15 For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’

Matthew 7:6:
6 “Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you to pieces. …”

Standing in the Center of God’s Garment and the Original Source of the King’s Rule

In order to properly understand the judgments or verdicts of God, it is necessary to be in and not merely in front of the throne room. These things can be understood only by standing in the center of God’s robe. Standing in the center of God’s robe encompasses the relationship with God as the Heavenly Father in His kingship.

It is in the throne room behind the door where Jesus Christ appears in a new spiritual facet, namely as the Lamb of God and King of kings (cf. Revelation 5:6 i.c.w. Revelation 17:14).

Revelation 5:6:
6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent out into all the earth.

Revelation 17:14:
14 They will wage war against the Lamb, but the Lamb will triumph over them because he is Lord of lords and King of kings – and with him will be his called, chosen and faithful followers.”

The Heavenly Father desires to supernaturally provide for us in our spirit being through His Son Jesus Christ, so that we are able to properly understand His revelations and what He is speaking (cf. John 10:9).

John 10:9:
9 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.

The LORD was recognized by Isaiah in His complete governmental rule because he saw the LORD high and lifted up in the vision. This was no coincidence, that God associated His royal presence with the death of a king because He was pointing to the original source of His divine kingship (cf. Daniel 2:21).

Daniel 2:21:
21 He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

The fundamental source of kingship is connected to the hem of God’s garment that fills the temple. The hem of God’s royal garment is associated with His established order and instruction because the hem is the end of the garment where the tassels (Note: Hebrew ‘ẓîẓit’) are also attached. The tassels are attached to the four corners of the hem of the Israelites’ garment in order to remind them of God’s commandments and His order (cf. Numbers 15:38-39).

Numbers 15:38-39:
38 “Speak to the Israelites and say to them: ‘Throughout the generations to come you are to make tassels on the corners of your garments, with a blue cord on each tassel.
39 You will have these tassels to look at and so you will remember all the commands of the Lord, that you may obey them and not prostitute yourselves by chasing after the lusts of your own hearts and eyes.

The Hem of God’s Garment and Walking in Kingdom Authority

The hem of God’s robe in the context of the biblical passage from Isaiah 6 represents the full measure of His kingly-priestly presence because, as mentioned earlier in Isaiah’s vision, the LORD sat high and exalted in the spirit realm. While the LORD was on His throne, He sat on a part of His robe or mantle so that the rest of His robe extended into the room of the temple.
This is an indication that God’s kingship or kingdom authority manifests itself in the realm of true spiritual relationship between man and God in the temple, so that the seraphim begin to proclaim the holiness and glory of God.

The LORD reveals through Isaiah in this manifestation that the true walk in kingdom authority can only happen when each saint as an individual goes into God’s fatherly-kingly presence and is aware of the boundaries of authority represented by the hem which is established by God for our personal life. As a result, God’s living furnace of fire is revealed, composed of His seraphim (Note: ‘the fiery ones, the burning ones’).

This living furnace of fire has a square shape because it is connected with the order and authority of God. When circles appear in the spirit realm, they usually indicate the cycles of time and the movement of the LORD. The square shape, on the other hand, is associated with the authority and order of God and His governmental residence, which is based on true relationship (cf. Revelation 21:9-10.16a.22-23).

Revelation 21:9-10.16a.22-23:
9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”
10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. …
16a The city was laid out like a square, as long as it was wide. …
22 I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.

Amen and Amen.

In His Wisdom,
