Note:
The following message is the first part of a teaching that consists of two parts and we recommend to read the message chronologically.

The structure of the church – the ekklēsia is in a time of spiritual upheaval, with high attention to the leading of the Holy Spirit, who guides us in the revelatory truth of the Father and the Son for this time and the time to come (cf. John 16:13-15).

John 16:13-15:
13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
14 He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you.
15 All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”

The Intensification of the Presence of the Holy Spirit and the Great Open Effective Door

Accordingly, as saints we are in a phase in which the Holy Spirit intensifies in the lives of those who go forward in obedience to the Word of God, which is Jesus Christ (cf. John 1:1.14 i.c.w. Luke 24:49).

John 1:1.14:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Luke 24:49:
“… 49 I am going to send you what my Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

By this the purity of God is made manifest in the midst of His people, because they move forward with the weight of His glory, speaking fearlessly the words which the LORD inspires by His Spirit (cf. Titus 2:11-14 i.c.w. Acts 2:1-4).

Titus 2:11-14:
11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people.
12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope – the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.

Acts 2:1-4:
1 When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place.
2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.
4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

With this increase of the Holy Spirit, a great effective door opens that leads into the light of the ‘star of Ephesus’, which is the walk in the first love – agąpē.
This walk and moving forward in the first love leads to an increase of understanding of the dimension of divine wisdom that is in the governmental realm of God, as well as the proper biblical understanding of time in order to bring heaven to earth (cf. 1 Corinthians 16:8-9 i.c.w. Revelation 1:20; Daniel 12:3; Genesis 1:14).

1 Corinthians 16:8-9:
8 But I will stay on at Ephesus until Pentecost (Note: Shavuot is celebrated in the biblical month of Sivan), 9 because a great door for effective work has opened to me, and there are many who oppose me.

Revelation 1:20:
20 The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.

Daniel 12:3:
3 Those who are wise will shine like the brightness of the heavens, and those who lead many to righteousness, like the stars for ever and ever.

Genesis 1:14:
14 And God said, “Let there be lights in the vault of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark sacred times, and days and years, …

The creation of the stars is associated with the fourth day of creation, and the number ‘4’ is associated with the Hebrew letter ‘Daleth’, which corresponds to an ‘open tent door’, so the deeper meaning of the great door is revealed as described by the Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 16:9.

In connection with this, it deals with the recognition of the Son of God on the basis of the first love – agąpē, who holds the seven stars in His right hand and walks under the seven golden lampstands (cf. Revelation 2:1).

Revelation 2:1:
1 “To the angel of the church in Ephesus write: These are the words of him who holds the seven stars in his right hand and walks among the seven golden lampstands.

The Church of Ephesus and the Light of the Seven Stars and Seven Golden Lampstands

The two attributes, namely the seven stars and the seven golden lamp stands carry two different potentials of the light of God, which are divine government and spirit-filled passion toward the Lord.

The light of the seven stars encompasses the impulsive supernatural light of the angelic realm. The potential warm light of the seven lampstands is the passion of the church in the richness of faith as well as the attention towards the King of eternity, who is also her Bridegroom.

The fusion of the two kinds of light brings forth that the church serves the LORD as a huge satellite of His eternal reign, releasing His supernatural impulses on earth in the first love. The ekklēsia is appointed to cooperate with God’s spiritual world and its institutions as contributing in reflecting the activities of the unseen.

In relation to the fellowship of saints in Ephesus, it can be described as a so-called ‘guiding star’ among the churches mentioned in Revelation, since it is the church where the ‘first love – agąpē’ is called by Jesus Christ and is first in place with God (cf. Matthew 22:36-40 i.c.w. 1 Corinthians 13:1-3).

Matthew 22:36-40:
36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”
37 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’
38 This is the first and greatest commandment.
39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’
40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”

1 Corinthians 13:1-3:
1 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.
2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.
3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Without the first love for Jesus Christ, we as saints are not able to implement the will of God and receive the love of the Father, because Jesus is the love of the Father (cf. John 14:21).

John 14:21:
21 Whoever has my commands and keeps them is the one who loves me. The one who loves me will be loved by my Father, and I too will love them and show myself to them.”

The True Love of God – ‘agąpē’, the New Way and the Time of Unusual Miracles

The apostle Paul described the way of God’s love as a higher or even better way, which because of this fact contains higher revelation for those who walk on this way (cf. 1 Corinthians 12:31b).

1 Corinthians 12:31b:
… 31b And yet I will show you the most excellent (Note: higher) way.

The excellent or higher is always associated with the first with God because, among other things, the first, acts like a pinnacle that completes the construction of a building. ‘Peaks’ are often associated with beginnings in God, as are the beginnings of times such as Rosh Chodesh, the beginning and peak of the month, or Rosh ha-Shanah, the beginning and peak of the year.

Thus, the appointed biblical feast times by God that are linked to the people of Israel correspond to great effective open doors. It is the Holy Spirit who desires to move through the people of God to glorify the Father and the Son in these open doors (Note: appointed times).

The characteristic of the great effective open door encompasses a higher dimension of the truth of the Word of God, which is first opened by the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth. At the same time, this open door includes unusual miracles as well as the confrontation with darkness, which is accompanied by much resistance.
It is for us to surrender ourselves completely to the guidance of the Holy Spirit for this time and the time to come, allowing Him to lead us without restriction, even if we do not know His sending and destination (cf. John 3:8).

John 3:8:
8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”

The reason for not knowing His place of sending and His destination is because the Holy Spirit brings the truth of God’s Word from the supernatural realm, where the Heavenly Father and His Son Jesus Christ dwell in order to bring His people with revelatory power to the new partial destination that the LORD has already predestined.

That is why it is so important to go forward in the power of faith, which includes complete trust towards the Holy Spirit. This is accompanied by new knowledge that leads to greater power in the Holy Spirit and the leaving of the ‘old way’ by believers in order to walk in the ‘new way’ in Christ, which includes the standards of the Word of God in its fullness. In addition, the spiritual ‘culture’ of people will change, which will be clearly evident in their expressions.

The apostolic quality will increase because of the prophetic anointing within the church which is associated with an increase of light in the form of revelation (cf. Acts 19:1-7).

Acts 19:1-7:
1 While Apollos was at Corinth, Paul took the road through the interior and arrived at Ephesus. There he found some disciples
2 and asked them, “Did you receive the Holy Spirit when you believed?” They answered, “No, we have not even heard that there is a Holy Spirit.”
3 So Paul asked, “Then what baptism did you receive?” “John’s baptism,” they replied.
4 Paul said, “John’s baptism was a baptism of repentance. He told the people to believe in the one coming after him, that is, in Jesus.”
5 On hearing this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.
6 When Paul placed his hands on them, the Holy Spirit came on them, and they spoke in tongues and prophesied.
7 There were about twelve men in all.

In the coming time, there will be more frequent talk of the Kingdom of God as ‘the church’, which will be accompanied by opposition from the darkness that has settled in the hearts of believers. In those believers, the hardness and bitter attitude of their hearts will be revealed, which will show itself in mockery toward the message of the Kingdom.

This has to happen this way because this resistance ultimately leads to the Kingdom message reaching the right people in the right place. This is associated with a higher dimension of dominion, so that the concerned saints increase in understanding about it and walk in governmental dominion as sons of God in Christ Jesus (cf. Acts 19:8-10).

Acts 19:8-10:
8 Paul entered the synagogue and spoke boldly there for three months, arguing persuasively about the kingdom of God.
9 But some of them became obstinate; they refused to believe and publicly maligned the Way. So Paul left them. He took the disciples with him and had discussions daily in the lecture hall of Tyrannus (Note: means 'tyrant' => supreme in authority).
10 This went on for two years, so that all the Jews and Greeks who lived in the province of Asia heard the word of the Lord.

Walking in the governmental reign of God results in unusual miracles that are linked to the outward and inward nature of God and to the finished work and Spirit-filled walk.
These unusual miracles are signs that do not happen directly with the intervention of any devoted saint, but with the objects with which they are brought into contact by people who stand in faith, so that healings and deliverance are experienced on an expanded level without making the carriers of the anointing aware of it. This is because it is the zeal of the Heavenly Father that His Son Jesus Christ alone receives the glory (cf. Acts 19:11-12).

Acts 19:11-12:
11 God did extraordinary miracles through Paul, 12 so that even handkerchiefs and aprons that had touched him were taken to the sick, and their illnesses were cured and the evil spirits left them.

This walk in the governmental concept of the sons of God in Christ Jesus results also that false or illegal spiritual procedures for ‘deliverance’ come to light, so that the ‘supernatural darkness’ acts against the ‘natural darkness’, which appears in the form of ‘the sons of the father of lies’ (Note: the seven sons of the Jewish high priest Skevas; cf. John 8:44).

John 8:44:
44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

This paves the way for the glory of Christ, which emerges from the summary that has been drawn of the destruction of the value of the ‘teaching of darkness’, so that the Word of God increases in influence and strength in the earth realm (cf. Acts 19:13-20).

Acts 19:13-20:
13 Some Jews who went around driving out evil spirits tried to invoke the name of the Lord Jesus over those who were demon-possessed. They would say, “In the name of the Jesus whom Paul preaches, I command you to come out.”
14 Seven sons of Sceva, a Jewish chief priest, were doing this.
15 One day the evil spirit answered them, “Jesus I know, and Paul I know about, but who are you?”
16 Then the man who had the evil spirit jumped on them and overpowered them all. He gave them such a beating that they ran out of the house naked and bleeding.
17 When this became known to the Jews and Greeks living in Ephesus, they were all seized with fear, and the name of the Lord Jesus was held in high honor.
18 Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed what they had done.
19 A number who had practiced sorcery brought their scrolls together and burned them publicly. When they calculated the value of the scrolls, the total came to fifty thousand drachmas.
20 In this way the word of the Lord spread widely and grew in power.

In connection with the seven Jewish conjurers, it should be noted that the practice of so-called exorcism (Note: exorcism without spiritual legality in Christ Jesus) is made clear by the statement of the Pharisees at the time of Jesus, who had projected their action onto Jesus’ delivering intervention, accusing Him of casting out evil spirits with the supreme demon ‘Beelzebul’ (cf. Matthew 12:22-24).

Matthew 12:22-24:
22 Then they brought him a demon-possessed man who was blind and mute, and Jesus healed him, so that he could both talk and see.
23 All the people were astonished and said, “Could this be the Son of David?”
24 But when the Pharisees heard this, they said, “It is only by Beelzebul, the prince of demons, that this fellow drives out demons.”

Furthermore, this illegal spiritual practice of ‘exorcism’ is evident from the intervention of Jewish conjurers at the time of Paul’s ministry, where Jewish conjurers distanced themselves from the truth of God’s Word, which is Jesus Christ. They were being attacked in their unlawful spiritual intervention by the evil spirit.

Exorcism is the practice of persons who remove demonic spirits from people through the use of oaths, vows, and promises made to them or the idols they represent. They do this by placing themselves under a demonic power that gives them access to a subordinate demonic level on the basis of an oath.

This results in a demand by the demonic power for the person to illegally enter the spirit realm and request a supernatural manifestation (e.g. a healing). This procedure has its root in a wrong attitude of heart, which springs from a false compassion coupled with the search for honor and recognition from people. The oath comes about for example by the relevant person giving the summoner consent and money or any form of value as a reward for this ‘performance’.

Amen and Amen.

Note:
The following message is the second part of a teaching that consists of two parts.
It is recommended to read the message chronologically.

The Mystery of the Gospel and the Righteousness of God

We can expect that through the power of the mystery of the gospel in the form of the released righteousness that goes out through the mouth of His apostolic ekklēsia in this season, there will be a shaking in the world economy of the system of Babylon. This includes people who have unjustly enriched themselves in the world markets in accordance with their ideology and idolatry.

This will lead to an upheaval in society where the LORD has already chosen a certain influential ‘political force’ to whom He will put His wisdom to make peace over a period of time (cf. Acts 19:23-28.32.35a).

Acts 19:23-28.32.35a:
23 About that time there arose a great disturbance about the Way.
24 A silversmith named Demetrius, who made silver shrines of Artemis, brought in a lot of business for the craftsmen there.
25 He called them together, along with the workers in related trades, and said: “You know, my friends, that we receive a good income from this business.
26 And you see and hear how this fellow Paul has convinced and led astray large numbers of people here in Ephesus and in practically the whole province of Asia. He says that gods made by human hands are no gods at all.
27 There is danger not only that our trade will lose its good name, but also that the temple of the great goddess Artemis will be discredited; and the goddess herself, who is worshiped throughout the province of Asia and the world, will be robbed of her divine majesty.”
28 When they heard this, they were furious and began shouting: “Great is Artemis of the Ephesians!” …
32 The assembly was in confusion: Some were shouting one thing, some another. Most of the people did not even know why they were there. …
35a The city clerk quieted the crowd and said: …

Furthermore, we as the church have come to the end of a period of time, much like Peter when he was in the house of Simon the tanner on the flat roof and got in touch with the new plan and way of God through prophetic revelation (cf. Acts 10:9-11).

Acts 10:9-11:
9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray.
10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance.
11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners.

The flat roof of the house where Peter was can be equated to a higher spiritual realm. This means taking our relationship with Christ Jesus to a higher place of revelation in order to receive God’s direction for the future in a healthy spiritual expectancy.

This is the effect of the ministry of the apostolic women in the body of Christ, who through their surrendered hearts, resemble the great linen cloth that Peter saw in his prophetic trance, which was held by the four corners. It bears the new spiritual food of God to correctly recognize Him and His will for the coming time and to implement it (cf. Psalm 34:8).

Psalm 34:8:
8 Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.

This can be inferred because the Greek word associated with the process of the sheet coming down also describes, literally or figuratively, a wife who usefully supports her husband through her service. (Note: word explanation taken from Strong’s concordance to the Greek word ‘skẹụos’ with word key number: G4632).

Since God is Spirit (cf. John 4:24a), the call for this food is to be understood in a spiritual context.

John 4:24a:
24a God is spirit, …

The large linen cloth, held at the four corners by a power of God not apparent to Peter carried within it four kinds of living creatures:

  1. all kinds of four-footed beasts of the earth
  2. wild beasts
  3. creeping creatures
  4. flying animals (cf. Acts 10:12).
Acts 10:12 (KJV):
12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air.

It is no coincidence that the lowered cloth is related to the number ‘4’ and as mentioned before, the number ‘4’ in a biblical context is related to the discernment of God’s times and as well as to the open door that gives access to a new realm.

The Internalization of God’s Nourishment

Based on this revelation, we as the church come into contact with the power of God, which we do not yet know and whose nourishment we may internalize. This results in new encounters and new ways that are in harmony with the will of God.

While the Holy Spirit sensitizes us to this in our spirit man, the LORD has at the same time prepared the hearts of people whom He has predestined to know Him and His power in new ways (cf. Acts 10:1-11.17-24.44-48a).

Acts 10:1-11.17-24.44-48a:
1 At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment.
2 He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly.
3 One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, “Cornelius!”
4 Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked. The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God.
5 Now send men to Joppa to bring back a man named Simon who is called Peter.
6 He is staying with Simon the tanner, whose house is by the sea.”
7 When the angel who spoke to him had gone, Cornelius called two of his servants and a devout soldier who was one of his attendants.
8 He told them everything that had happened and sent them to Joppa.
It is up to us to victoriously conclude a season of the Spirit and bring our relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ to a higher place of the Spirit.
10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance.
11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. …
17 While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was and stopped at the gate.
18 They called out, asking if Simon who was known as Peter was staying there.
19 While Peter was still thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Simon, three men are looking for you.
20 So get up and go downstairs. Do not hesitate to go with them, for I have sent them.”
21 Peter went down and said to the men, “I’m the one you’re looking for. Why have you come?”
22 The men replied, “We have come from Cornelius the centurion. He is a righteous and God-fearing man, who is respected by all the Jewish people. A holy angel told him to ask you to come to his house so that he could hear what you have to say.”
23 Then Peter invited the men into the house to be his guests. The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the believers from Joppa went along.
24 The following day he arrived in Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends. …
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message.
45 The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on Gentiles.
46 For they heard them speaking in tongues and praising God. Then Peter said,
47 “Surely no one can stand in the way of their being baptized with water. They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.”
48a So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. …

When we do this, we will encounter the Lord and His high plan of revelation and move down through the house with a humble heart in the power of Jesus’ sacrificial death as well as the new wineskin.

We will then leave the ‘old house’ which is represented by the house of the tanner as a tanner works with the skins of animals, preceded by the death of an animal, which signifies an accomplished spiritual realm, with the aim of entering the ‘new house’ as the house of Cornelius which means ‘the horned one, the radiant one/beam of the sun’, which signifies a greater dimension of the glory of God.

This spiritual entry includes the understanding and positioning in the formation of God’s army, which includes the twelve tribes of Israel, just as Cornelius was a Roman Centurion and had the understanding of the order within an army.

Therefore, it was no coincidence that Cornelius sent two of the servants of his household (Note: symbol of the movement or harbingers of the glory of God) and a faithful soldier (Note: symbol or harbinger of the understanding of the order within the army of the LORD and the spiritual warfare) to Peter as a symbol of the church – ekklēsia.

The Messianic Body of Christ

This involves among other things, the growing knowledge of the one new man in Christ Jesus in the form of the precious olive tree, which moves in the anointing of biblical Judaism (cf. Romans 11:17-18 i.c.w. Ephesians 2:13-18).

Romans 11:17-18:
17 If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you.

Ephesians 2:13-18:
13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two, thus making peace, 16 and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility.
17 He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.
18 For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.

It is necessary that we as saints from the gentile nations, realize the intervention of the Holy Spirit who broke us out as branches from the wild olive tree (Note: Greek mindset => arrogance towards Israel due to a false knowledge) to place us in the redemptive power of Christ in the messianic Judaism.

As a result, we can experience the hand of God and the Holy Spirit settling on the precious olive tree, which is accompanied by the bringing forth of the mysteries of the Gospel and revelatory truth (cf. Genesis 8:10-12 i.c.w. Matthew 13:52).

Genesis 8:10-12:
10 He waited seven more days and again sent out the dove from the ark.
11 When the dove returned to him in the evening, there in its beak was a freshly plucked olive leaf! Then Noah knew that the water had receded from the earth.
12 He waited seven more days and sent the dove out again, but this time it did not return to him.

Matthew 13:52:
52 He said to them, “Therefore every teacher of the law who has become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like the owner of a house who brings out of his storeroom new treasures as well as old.”

The recognition of the people of Israel according to the biblical standard is God’s protection against every spiritual form of arrogance and spiritual antisemitism that can result from a lack of the renewing of the mind. It is a new path that we must walk in order to focus on God’s will and our destiny in Christ.

Amen and Amen.

In His Wisdom,

Daniel Glimm

In times like this, when darkness covers the earth, it is necessary that we as the church – ekklēsia cooperate with the increasing light of the glory of the LORD. This is related to the fatherhood of God and requires our standing in our identity in Christ.

The Increasing Light of God and the Evil Shadow

This light has the result of causing non-believing people to turn to the rising light of God and find orientation in the church because of the present gloom in the form of hopelessness. Furthermore, this results in influential people or political forces becoming aware of this effect (cf. Isaiah 60:2-3).

Isaiah 60:2-3:
2 See, darkness covers the earth and thick darkness is over the peoples, but the Lord rises upon you and his glory appears over you.
3 Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

On the basis of the passage in verse 2 it clearly shows that a twofold character of darkness affects the area of the earth and its inhabitants. This is the shadow from the throne of Satan with the purpose to strengthen and protect his surrendered ‘sons of disobedience’ in their public position in the society.

This kind of evil ‘protecting shadow’ is accompanied by a certain measure of time allowed by God until the fulfilled time of God dawns and the righteous in Christ Jesus become active and revealed.

It is a principle also revealed in the statement of Joshua and Caleb, who during the investigation of the Promised Land spoke of the protective shadow having left the ‘giants’ (cf. Numbers 14:9).

Numbers 14:9:
“… 9 Only do not rebel against the Lord. And do not be afraid of the people of the land, because we will devour them. Their protection is gone, but the Lord is with us. Do not be afraid of them.”

The Hebrew word for ‘throne – kiśśē’’ and its root word ‘kāśāh’ emphasize this statement, since the word for ‘throne’ includes, among other things, the governing influence of a ruler in the form of sitting on the throne, as well as the Hebrew root word ‘kāśāh’ means ‘to cover’.(Note: Part excerpt from the ‘Prophet’s Dictionary’ by Paula A. Price, Ph. D.; page 558 and the Elberfelder Study Bible on the word “Thron – kiśśē’” and “to cover – kāśāh”; word key numbers: H3749, H3750).

The desire of the ‘sons of disobedience’, whose ruler is the father of lies, is to bring hidden evil into a public norm, thus plunging humanity into chaos and rejecting all biblical order, whose attitude ultimately leads to ruin (cf. Ephesians 5:6 i.c.w. John 8:44).

Ephesians 5:6:
6 Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of such things God’s wrath comes on those who are disobedient.

John 8:44:
44 You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

It is essential for us to abide in the increasing light of the presence of the Heavenly Father, who is the Father of heavenly lights and not to allow any secular (note: perverted) influence enter our sphere. We should rather allow His glory to confirm us in His walk of truth and righteousness (cf. Psalm 36:9 i.c.w. James 1:17)

Psalm 36:9:
9 For with you is the fountain of life; in your light we see light.

James 1:17:
17 Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

The Confirmation of Heavenly Father and the Three Spiritual Realms

This confirmation of the Heavenly Father carries a similar character as Jesus Christ experienced when He was transfigured on the high mountain before the eyes of the three disciples (cf. Matthew 17:1-3.5).

Matthew 17:1-3.5:
1 After six days Jesus took with him Peter, James and John the brother of James, and led them up a high mountain by themselves.
2 There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light.
3 Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus. …
5 While he was still speaking, a bright cloud covered them, and a voice from the cloud said, “This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Listen to him!”

It was Moses as the ‘legislation of God’ and Elijah as the ‘prophet hood of God’, like two pillars, who secured the ‘sonship of God’ as the ‘fulfillment of the law’, the root of which is the love for God the Father and expresses itself to Him through obedience (cf. Matthew 5:17 i.c.w. Matthew 22:37-38; John 14:23-24).

Matthew 5:17:
17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.

Matthew 22:37-38:
37 Jesus replied: “ ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ (cf. Deuteronomy 6:5)
38 This is the first and greatest commandment.

John 14:23-24:
23 Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching. My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.
24 Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.

As ekklēsia, we are currently touching three spiritual realms, which is the region of ‘Smyrna’, ‘Pergamum’ and ‘Philadelphia’.

In these regions, the twofold darkness already mentioned above becomes apparent, which is the alignment of people in fellowship with Satan, acting under the sphere of action of his throne to implement the ‘mystery of wickedness’ in the structure of an evil agenda (cf. Revelation 2:9; Revelation 2:13a; 2 Thessalonians 2:7-8).

Revelation 2:9 (Ekklēsia in the region of Smyrna => Myrrh):
9 I know your afflictions and your poverty – yet you are rich! I know about the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.

Revelation 2:13a (Ekklēsia in the region of Pergamum => stronghold):
13a I know where you live – where Satan has his throne.

Revelation 3:9 (Ekklēsia in the region of Philadelphia => brotherly love):
9 I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars – I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you.

2 Thessalonians 2:7-8:
7 For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.
8 And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming.

As the church – ekklēsia, it is important that we go forward in this time of perverted impact on society in full obedience, surrender and godly love to the LORD as well as to the saints among His people.

This results in us governing as a good spiritual principality from heaven to earth in order to implement the plan of God on earth (cf. Revelation 21:2).

Revelation 21:2:
2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.

Furthermore, we are encouraged to ask for the intensification of the gift of discernment of spirits in order to discern the heart attitudes of people and their spiritual position. As a consequence, they will be subjected to testing by the light of God’s eyes. And where they are in covenant with darkness they will be rebuked by the LORD.

This results in some people being given the opportunity to turn to the truth, which is Jesus Christ and to repent and turn to the Word of God. This repentance, which will happen in some peoples lives brings about a reverence for Jesus Christ in His ekklēsia as well as a recognition of the divine love – agąpē of God.

Amen and Amen.

In His Wisdom,
