Beloved people of God,

 

This prophetic word is meant to serve us as a piecework and guideline for the biblical year (note: 5780/2020). I encourage every reader to pray over this word, and to proclaim the plan of the Father over the coming year.

 

 

On the eve of 09/29/2019 we, the Body of Christ, have entered the new biblical year 5780 together with the Jewish people. This is of importance to us, who have been grafted as wild olive shoots into the precious olive tree, as we partake in the fatness (note: anointing) of the root (see Romans 11:17-18).

 

17 If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you.

 

 

According to Zechariah 2:12b, Israel is the apple of God's eye with Jerusalem functioning as His pupil; so for us as Christians from the gentile nations it is beneficial to look at our lives and environment through Israel. This will result in walking confidently and with enlightened eyes into our future with Jesus Christ.

 

… 8b for whoever touches you (note: Israel) touches the apple of his eye.

 

The revelations we receive by this approach contain strategies helping us to position our lives in the center of the will and peace of God, just as Epaphras prayed (see Colossians 4:12).

 

12 Epaphras, who is one of you and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. He is always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured.

 

 

The new biblical year 5780 completes the ten year cycle of the “ajin – eye” and at the same time opens up the new ten year cycle connected to the Hebrew letter “pe – mouth”.

 

This change underlines that the “eye” is followed by the “mouth“, and this in turn indicates that the Holy Spirit leads us as people of God from the area of “insight” into the area of the verbal “expression of knowledge“. For it is the purpose of the eye to see things and the purpose of the mouth to speak that which has been seen (note: vision).

The expression of knowledge is connected to the treasures hidden in Christ Jesus together with wisdom (see Colossians 2:2-3).

 

… 2 My goal is that they may be encouraged in heart and united in love, so that they may have the full riches of complete understanding, in order that they may know the mystery of God, namely, Christ, 3 in whom are hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.

 

In order to walk in the verbal “expression of knowledge” in Christ, it is required to consistently remain in the Spirit in Christ and to move in the glory provided by Him (see John 17:21-23).

 

… 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.

22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one – 23 I in them and you in me – so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

 

=> The walk in the glory of God includes life in the power and brilliance of God that bear witness to His favor and grace. It is about the honor of the Heavenly Father, His eminence, His power and His blessing.

 

The glory given by Christ, aims to make His followers spiritually important persons “with weight” or to establish them. His glory (note: presence of the Father) automatically brings increase in every area, as earthly wealth and prosperity have their origin in the spiritual world.

Furthermore, the glory of God is an automatic deposit of the anointing. <= (note: The passage set in “=>” is based on an exposition from the “Prophet's Dictionary” by Paula A. Price, PhD.; page 237, paraphrased)

 

 

The Hebrew letter “pe” has the numeric value of “80”, and is mentioned for the first time in Exodus 7:7; there, Moses, at the age of 80, and his brother Aaron are commissioned by God to approach Pharaoh and advise him of God's instruction to let the people of Israel go from Egypt.

 

7 Moses was eighty years old and Aaron eighty-three when they spoke to Pharaoh.

 

Moses did not consider himself a gifted speaker, so he tried to convince God not to choose him for this assignment.

 

Even though Moses did not consider himself to be a „gifted speaker“, it was part of God's plan to lead the people of Israel out of Egypt with the help of Moses, because God was with the mouth of Moses (see Exodus 4:10-12).

 

10 Moses said to the LORD, “Pardon your servant, LORD. I have never been eloquent, neither in the past nor since you have spoken to your servant. I am slow (note: heavy) of speech and tongue.”

11 The LORD said to him, “Who gave human beings their mouths? Who makes them deaf or mute? Who gives them sight or makes them blind? Is it not I, the LORD?

12 Now go; I will help you speak and will teach you what to say.” (note: Verse 10 is literally translated from German.)

 

By God's commissioning, Moses received the status of a God before Pharaoh, and his brother Aaron received the status of a prophet (see Exodus 7:1).

 

1 Then the LORD said to Moses, “See, I have made you like God to Pharaoh, and your brother Aaron will be your prophet.

 

By God's instruction Aaron became the mouth for Moses. And even for Aaron, Moses was lifted into the position of a God (see Exodus 4:16).

 

16 He will speak to the people for you, and it will be as if he were your mouth and as if you were God to him.

 

Wherever we encounter challenges in life that God wants us to overcome by His instruction and obedience to His voice, we should not shy away, but implement the plan of God in accordance with His high thoughts. At the same time we pursue the objective to lead people into the glorious freedom of the sons of God (see Isaiah 55:8-9 i.c.w. Romans 8:21).

 

8 “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the LORD.

9 “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.

 

… 21 that the creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the freedom and glory of the children (note: sons) of God.

 

 

It is God's plan that we make use of the power of His grace in the midst of our seemingly present weakness, so that we have a mouth filled with His revelatory knowledge (see 2 Corinthians 12:9).

 

9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

 

This becomes apparent in God's instruction to Moses, implying that Aaron (note: means “light-mountain“) be the mouth and prophet of Moses.

 

Where Moses saw himself as incapable of speaking, God filled this area of weakness with strength. This “completion” can be likened to the scrolls that were given to the prophet Ezekiel and the apostle John by an angel for them to eat (see Ezekiel 3:1-4; Revelation 10:9-11).

 

1 And he said to me, “Son of man, eat what is before you, eat this scroll; then go and speak to the people of Israel.”

2 So I opened my mouth, and he gave me the scroll to eat.

3 Then he said to me, “Son of man, eat this scroll I am giving you and fill your stomach with it.” So I ate it, and it tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth.

4 He then said to me: “Son of man, go now to the people of Israel and speak my words to them.

 

9 So I went to the angel and asked him to give me the little scroll. He said to me, “Take it and eat it. It will turn your stomach sour, but ‘in your mouth it will be as sweet as honey.’”

10 I took the little scroll from the angel’s hand and ate it. It tasted as sweet as honey in my mouth, but when I had eaten it, my stomach turned sour.

11 Then I was told, “You must prophesy again about many peoples, nations, languages and kings.”

 

It is the word given by God that brings His plan or His reality into the visible, even if we view ourselves as incompetent to speak the words of God (see Jeremiah 1:6-7.9).

 

6 “Alas, Sovereign LORD,” I said, “I do not know how to speak; I am too young.”

7 But the LORD said to me, “Do not say, ‘I am too young.’ You must go to everyone I send you to and say whatever I command you. …

9 Then the LORD reached out his hand and touched my mouth and said to me, “I have put my words in your mouth.

 

 

Furthermore, it is no coincidence that Moses spoke to God of a heavy speech and a heavy tongue. With Aaron by his side, Moses already had the best prerequisites to speak in public and before kings on behalf of God.

 

The “Heaviness” Moses mentioned to God was already an indication for the weighty words, Moses and Aaron would speak to Pharaoh. The Hebrew word for “heavy” used in Exodus 4:10 is “kābēd” and is also connected to the root word for the weighty glory of God, which is called “kābôd“.

Consequently, the words of Moses and Aaron were filled with the heavy presence of God, which relates to the Spirit of the Fear of the LORD and equals a dark cloud carrying a large amount of rain.

 

This rain is connected to the manifestation of God's prophetic word, as well as to the words or teaching of Moses (see Isaiah 55:10-11 i.c.w. Deuteronomy 32:2).

 

10 As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, 11 so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.

 

2 Let my teaching fall like rain and my words descend like dew, like showers on new grass, like abundant rain on tender plants.

 

As the mouth is the portal for words, and God created the earth and therefore the reality and man in His image through the power of speech, it is this power of speech and the God-given intelligence (note: mind, freedom to act) that distinguishes mankind from the animal creation.

 

Apart from the mouth, the tongue also plays a vital role in the word-forming process, wherein the heart of a person is the source of ones words (see Matthew 12:34b).

 

… 34b For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of.

 

The word used for “heart“ in Hebrew is “lēb“ and means, among others, “emotions“, “will“, “mind“ (note: part excerpt from the Elberfelder Study Bible on the word “lēb – heart“ with the word key number: 3899).

 

The heart is the planning center from which the words of a person spring up.

 

In order to speak weighty words on behalf of God, it is respectively important to guard ones heart (see Proverbs 4:23).

 

23 Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.

 

 

In this biblical year 5780 the emphasis lies on the fiery coals of God, because it is the presence of God's holiness which removes the burden of guilt and leads to redemption of sin, once the respective person has confessed her wrong heart attitude (see 1 John 1:9).

 

9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

 

Consequently, there will be a new commissioning aiding the process of speaking the weighty words of God to the people, no matter whether they want to hear or not (see Isaiah 6:5-8).

 

5 “Woe to me!” I cried. “I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty.”

6 Then one of the seraphim flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.

7 With it he touched my mouth and said, “See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for.”

8 Then I heard the voice of the LORD saying, “Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I. Send me!”

 

Being touched by the fiery coals of God results in the tongue turning into a fiery sword that speaks revelatory truth, separating light from darkness through the power of the discernment of spirits (see Revelation 1:16b i.c.w. Acts 2:3-4; Genesis 1:3-5).

 

… 16b and coming out of his mouth was a sharp, double-edged sword. …

 

3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them.

4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

 

3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness.

5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning – the first day.

 

The revelatory truth includes living words carrying the fire of God and can be compared to words that have been seasoned with salt (see Colossians 4:6).

 

6 Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.

 

 

What's more, some believers in Christ who have a pure heart, receive access authorization into new areas of the presence of God, whereas persons wanting to consciously remain in sin, will not be permitted to enter (see Hebrews 12:14 i.c.w. Genesis 3:24).

 

14 Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the LORD.

 

24 After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

 

The spoken fiery or weighty words of the saints, who willingly surrendered to the effect of God's fiery coals in His government area, carry the vibrancy and power of God which separates, so that the family of the Heavenly Father is revealed (see Matthew 10:37; Matthew 12:50).

 

37 “Anyone who loves their father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; anyone who loves their son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

 

50 For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”

 

As a result, the spoken words of the saints become greatly perceptible and lead to the relief of burdens in the life of the persons addressed, if they respond with a humble heart to the words of revelatory truth (see Hebrews 4:12).

 

12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

 

By obeying the revelatory words, a new first day arises with its reality created for the now carrying across into God's presence.

 

 

The Herrenhuter motto for the Gregorian year 2020 is taken from Mark 9,24b, where it says:

 

… 24b “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!”

 

In the year cycle of the “mouth – Pe” it is no coincidence that the Holy Spirit caused the lot to fall on the word from Mark 9,24b (see Proverbs 16:33).

 

33 The lot is cast into the lap, but its every decision is from the LORD.

 

The verse from Mark 9:24b is connected to the deliverance of a boy plagued by an evil spirit, who – in a spiritual context – had the calling to reveal the will of God by his decisions, and to not move between a “yes!” and a “no!”.

 

The throwing of the boy into fire (note: heat) and into water (note: cold) by the evil spirit (see Mark 9:22a) was already an indication for the power within the boy for clear decisions, that he would make in the future to prohibit that which was not in accordance with the will of God, and to permit that which was in accordance with the will of God (see Matthew 18:18).

 

18 “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.

 

It was this very influence the adversary feared, so he sent an evil spirit in the “young generation” to keep them captive in rigid religion and to move in the lie of the snake, which should demonstrate that their words have no power (note: rolling around on the ground; see Mark 9:17-18a.20).

 

17 A man in the crowd answered, “Teacher, I brought you my son, who is possessed by a spirit that has robbed him of speech.

18a Whenever it seizes him, it throws him to the ground. He foams at the mouth, gnashes his teeth and becomes rigid. …

20 So they brought him (note: the boy to Jesus Christ). When the spirit saw Jesus, it immediately threw the boy into a convulsion. He fell to the ground and rolled around, foaming at the mouth.

 

But Jesus recognized the hunger for faith in the “older generation”, represented by the father of the boy (note: fatherhood in the spirit of Elijah) to bring about a turn in the hearts of the “lost sons” (note: young generation; symbolized by the possessed boy).

 

This includes using their decision-making power in the glorious freedom of the sons of God, and thus making decisions according to the will of the Heavenly Father, so that the LORD would be glorified before men (see Mark 9:23-27 i.c.w. Malachi 3:23-24).

 

23 “ ‘If you can’?” said Jesus. “Everything is possible for one who believes.”24 Immediately the boy’s father exclaimed, “I do believe; help me overcome my unbelief!” 25 When Jesus saw that a crowd was running to the scene, he rebuked the impure spirit. “You deaf and mute spirit,” he said, “I command you, come out of him and never enter him again.”

26 The spirit shrieked, convulsed him violently and came out. The boy looked so much like a corpse that many said, “He’s dead.”

27 But Jesus took him by the hand and lifted him to his feet, and he stood up.

 

5 “See, I will send the prophet Elijah to you before that great and dreadful day of the Lord comes.

6 He will turn the hearts of the parents (note: fathers) to their children (note: sons), and the hearts of the children (note: sons) to their parents (note: fathers); or else I will come and strike the land with total destruction.”
