When the Holy Spirit leads us as His people into a new time, it is possible that we will face an unexpected circumstance, similar to what Mary Magdalene experienced when she approached the tomb of Jesus and expected to find the body of Christ.
At this Mary wept and stooped down into the tomb (cf. John 20:11).

John 20:11:

Tears that Lead to Joy and Harvest
Sometimes in life we find ourselves in situations that make us feel sad. Despite sadness, we should be aware that tears that have been sown lead to a joyful harvest one day (cf. Psalm 126:5).
Psalm 126:5:
5 Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.
5 Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.
Based on Mary’s actions with tear-filled eyes at the tomb, we can see that it is important not to get emotionally stuck in the midst of a transition, which is like her leaning or looking into the tomb of Jesus.
It was the power of Mary’s tears that helped her to begin to look into the supernatural realm and see two angels in white robes sitting in Jesus’ tomb. One angel sat at the head and the other angel at the feet where Jesus had previously lain. At this, the angels asked Mary why she was weeping, whereupon she revealed her intimate relationship with Jesus by referring to Him as her Lord (cf. John 20:12-13).
John 20:12-13:
… 12 and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus’ body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.
13 They asked her, ‘Woman, why are you crying?’ ‘They have taken my Lord away,’ she said, ‘and I don’t know where they have put him.’
… 12 and saw two angels in white, seated where Jesus’ body had been, one at the head and the other at the foot.
13 They asked her, ‘Woman, why are you crying?’ ‘They have taken my Lord away,’ she said, ‘and I don’t know where they have put him.’
The Empty Tomb as a Sign of the Risen One and the Water
The location of the two angels in the empty tomb opened the space of Christ, the Risen One as Alpha, represented by the head, and Omega, represented by the feet, who is the one who is the time span of our life on earth (cf. Revelation 22:13 i.c.w. Deuteronomy 30:20a-b).
Revelation 22:13:
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
Deuteronomy 30:20a-b:
… 20a-b and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life [Note: the expansion of your life], …
… 20a-b and that you may love the Lord your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the Lord is your life [Note: the expansion of your life], …
It is no coincidence that the name ‘Mary’ is of Hebrew origin and originally read ‘Miriam – מִרְיָם’, whereby this name is written with an open ‘Mem’ and ends with a closed ‘Mem’. This fact reveals that it is about access and victorious completion, whereby the establishment of boundaries is important in order to stay in the ‘garden’ allotted by God and to enjoy His presence in it (cf. Genesis 2:8).
Genesis 2:8:
8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
8 Now the Lord God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
The Hebrew letter ‘Mem’ is associated with the ‘stirred water’.
It is significant that the Hebrew name ‘Miriam’ and the Hebrew word for ‘water – Majim’ have a ‘Mem’ at the beginning and at the end. In addition, the Hebrew word for ‘kingdom – mamlākāh’ begins with a double ‘Mem’.
In this, the realm of heaven and earth as well as spirit and soul is evident in the identity of God as the ‘Alpha’ and ‘Omega’ and the impact of His kingdom (Hebrew ‘mamlākāh’; cf. Revelation 1:8 i.c.w. Revelation 22:13).
Revelation 1:8:
8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”
8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Revelation 22:13:
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
13 I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End.
The Double Turning
At this point it is interesting to note that ‘Mary – Miriam’ turned twice to Christ in the garden near the tomb. This reflects the call to renew the mind and spirit that the apostle Paul spoke of in order to be able to correctly assess the processes in God’s eternal plan (cf. Ephesians 4:23-24).
Ephesians 4:23-24:
… 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
… 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds; 24 and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
Furthermore, it is no coincidence that Paul spoke of two spiritual presences required to recognize the LORD, which are the Spirit of wisdom and revelation (cf. Ephesians 1:17).
Ephesians 1:17:
17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
17 I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.
After ‘Mary – Miriam’ made her statement to the angels with her tear-stained eyes, she decided to turn around for the first time. Here she saw Jesus in a new light. At this point, Mary did not recognize Him and thought that He was the gardener.
Like the two angels, Jesus also asked Mary why she was weeping, whereupon she asked Him where the body was lying. Jesus then addressed ‘Mary – Miriam’ by her name in order to draw her out of the realm of the soul into the realm of the spirit, which is made clear by her second turning around, so that she now recognized Jesus as her teacher or master (cf. John 20:14-16 i.c.w. Revelation 1:10-12a-b).
John 20:14-16:
14 At this, she turned round and saw Jesus standing there, but she did not realise that it was Jesus.
15 He asked her, ‘Woman, why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?’ Thinking he was the gardener, she said, ‘Sir, if you have carried him away, tell me where you have put him, and I will get him.’
16 Jesus said to her, ‘Mary.’ She turned towards him and cried out in Aramaic, ‘Rabboni!’ (which means ‘Teacher’).
Revelation 1:10-12a-b:
10 On the Lord’s Day I was in the Spirit, and I heard behind me a loud voice like a trumpet, 11 which said: ‘Write on a scroll what you see and send it to the seven churches: to Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea.’
12a-b I turned round to see the voice that was speaking to me. And when I turned I saw …

From this it follows that if the soul (Note: area in which the flesh is rooted) is not subordinate to the spirit, we do not properly recognize the visitation of God and discern the situation incorrectly.
Thus, the ‘wet eyes’ in this context symbolize seeing in a new way into the supernatural realm and perceiving what God wants to reveal (cf. 1 Corinthians 13:12 i.c.w. 2 Corinthians 3:18).
1 Corinthians 13:12:
12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
12 For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
2 Corinthians 3:18:
18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.
‘Dry eyes’, on the other hand, symbolize herein the earthly or soulish way of seeing without correctly recognizing the moment of the spirit.
The Spiritual Phase of Transition and Spiritual Sensitivity
In a spiritual phase of transition, it is necessary that we assess the situation with the right discernment in order to get to God’s predestined place.
Let us be spiritually sensitive to encounter the ‘untouched Word of God’ and allow it to go to God’s predestined higher place of government in order to be spiritually active with Christ from there (cf. John 20:17 i.c.w. Colossians 3:1-4; Revelation 4:1-2).
John 20:17:
17 Jesus said, ‘Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”
17 Jesus said, ‘Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, “I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.”
Colossians 3:1-4:
1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.
4 When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
Revelation 4:1-2:
1 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I
had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, ‘Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.’
2 At once I was in the Spirit, and there before me was a throne in heaven with someone sitting on it.
1 After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I
had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, ‘Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this.’

The Spirit of God longs for the spiritual view and kingdom-filled perspective in us as saints to help us face new times.
Our perspective influences our actions, which corresponds to our faith. If we do not engage in the challenge to believe, even when we cannot understand circumstances, we do not see what is to be revealed to us in them.
It is therefore about our trust, which shows itself in faith, and this is what even some people around us are waiting for in order to understand the higher ways of God more deeply, in that the Lord is there where people do not suspect it.
Amen and Amen.
In His Wisdom,
