At this time of year, there is a heightened level of demonic activity.

The hearts of Americans are also being gripped by fear as Ebola ravages lives and communities, Islamic terrorism escalates, and our national security is severely threatened by open borders. We are reminded, however, "...we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul" (Hebrews 10:39).

God is calling His remnant warriors to rise above this deluge of wickedness and employ the weapons of our warfare, which have the power to destroy even the mightiest of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). We cannot be tactical in our approach, however. God is calling us to a higher level in our warfare. As the Church seeks God's direction for moving forward in victory, I feel strongly that we must reconsider the importance of warring with wisdom and revelation.

Revelatory Dream

Several years ago my daughter, Hannah, received a dream from the Lord that was not only for Hannah and me, but also for the Body of Christ in general. In her dream, we were dropping her off at a college or university. She had to get a new pair of shoes before entering the campus, which she picked up inside "Safeway" supermarket. Wondering why her new shoes were found in such an unusual place, she looked back and saw the name was no longer "Safeway" but "Other Things."

As we prayed about this dream, we felt the Lord say that a new season or phase was coming (new shoes). On this new journey, we could not go the "safe" and familiar way; He was about to do "other things". God was calling the Body of Christ into a time of tremendous stretching and paradigm shifting to prepare the way for those who would pioneer new methods and activities. I also understood that we would have to keep coming back to the Lord in a very deliberate way so that He can show us what, how, and when to do it.

Next in the dream, Hannah was given her room assignment: Room 601 on the "Gray Floor." I knew that the color gray is Biblically symbolic of wisdom. With my love of word studies, I remembered that 601 is the Strong's Concordance number which corresponds to the Greek words for "revelation." (Photo via pixabay)
I knew this was a reference to Ephesians 1:17-18, "may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints."

The Two In Tandem

This dream was extremely significant to me. The symbolic designations of Hannah's room and floor were intriguing. The broader area (the floor) was wisdom, yet it wasn't complete without revelation (the room). Neither would be adequate or function without the other. Unfortunately, most of the Church focuses on one or the other—not a balance of the two—with the greater portion of Christ's Body emphasizing the need for wisdom and knowledge. While I would never downplay the need for wisdom—in the dream it was the larger portion—it is also true that wisdom without revelation is very detrimental to our cause.

Wisdom is yesterday's revelation that has been processed and made into a way of thinking. It is a general understanding of God's ways, purposes and principles learned over time. Wisdom serves as our foundation.

Revelation is God's lifting of the veil created by sin from our hearts and allows us to receive fresh insight directly from Him (2 Corinthians 4:3-6). Revelation is a spontaneous and specific understanding for current situations. It is applicable truth for today.
Revelation must be interpreted in the larger context of wisdom. Likewise, we cannot build, war and accomplish God's desires based solely on the wisdom and knowledge we've acquired through the years. We also must seek revelation on how to apply that wisdom at the right time, and in the right way.

If you just operate based on wisdom, you become an old wineskin that cannot take in the new wine, the present Word of the Lord. Without revelation, we will merely maintain our ministries and not truly operate in Kingdom advancement. We must continuously come to God for fresh truth so that our youth is renewed like the eagle (Psalm 103:5). This heart posture will keep us willing to break out of the mold and jump off new cliffs into deeper waters that He can release through us.

A Recipe For Hope

Effective intercession is absolutely linked to revelation. When praying about any situation, we must ask ourselves, What Scripture applies to this? Or Holy Spirit, what is Your will and strategy in this matter? Regardless of His chosen method for speaking to us, when we rise up and place God in His rightful place of authority, we will hear from Him and be the overcomers He desires us to be.

Using these principles, countless Believers throughout history, have prayed rebellious spouses and prodigal children to the foot of the Cross. Cycles of poverty and infirmity have been broken off of families. And through a word of knowledge or prophetic word shared, table servers have been launched into their destiny! By following Holy Spirit's promptings, nameless, faceless men and women have been used of God to deliver and transform entire people groups and nations.

Do you find yourself in a seemingly hopeless situation? Have circumstances caused your heart to be gripped by fear? Are you in need of direction or strategy for resolving a particular issue?

God wants you to find your room of revelation. It is often a process that requires time and great perseverance, but don't give up. Draw near to Him; He'll guide you there. Despite how difficult your situation, Holy Spirit is willing to disclose Heaven's strategy and insight to you, enabling you to break free of oppression and adversity. Your destiny is to be a kingly warrior, overcoming in life through the Kingdom authority of Jesus Christ. You can do it—if you live on the floor of wisdom, within the room of revelation!

There are no coincidences in God.

Everything the Almighty does is intentional, calculated, planned, and then shared with His prophets. The Biblical holidays contain many of these mysteries of God's blessings, times, and seasons – as does the Hebraic head of each year. The year 2014 was an Ayin (Seer) Year of the Door, where opportunities are still presenting themselves as we have spiritual eyes to see the treasures that have been hidden by darkness. Acts 2:2, 16-21 tells us that the windows of Heaven opened at Pentecost, with a mighty rushing whirlwind that came from Heaven, releasing a profound sound with tongues of fire that set on the heads of the 120 (see also Joel 2:28-31).

The Hebrew year 5775 that corresponds with the year 2015 began on September 24th. This year the world will encounter the whirlwind that is full of revelation, signs, wonders, and miracles. Elijah was taken into Heaven riding on a whirlwind when he left a double portion of his spirit for Elisha. Elijah also left an anointing that turns the hearts of the fathers back to restore the hearts of disobedient, rebellious children to righteousness (see Malachi 4:6 and Luke 1:17).

The breath of the Spirit is blowing through a heavenly door this year, and the whirlwind will propel a proper alignment so that the "greater works" mysteries, power, opportunities for global awakening and mass evangelism will release a revolution of life and world-changing phenomena.

God Is Opening the Double Doors Before You – Even In the Darkest Places

God is opening the double doors before His people.

"This is what the Lord said to Cyrus, His chosen king: 'I took you by your right hand to defeat nations, to strip other kings of their power, and to open city gates that will not be closed again. I will go in front to make the mountains flat. I will break the city gates of bronze and cut the iron bars on the gates. I will give you the wealth that is stored in secret places. I will give you those hidden treasures. Then you will know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by name...'" (Isaiah 45:1-4).

Even the earth is aligning with Heaven, demonstrated by the appearances of total blood moon tetrads since the time of Christ's birth. Each blood moon appeared at strategic times as God released world-changing effects. These will be the best of times for those who see and hear and align with God's purposes. It can also be the worst of times for those not discerning the changing times and seasons.
In a dark time, Jacob received his calling and promised inheritance through a dream. He beheld a ladder that was set on the earth with its top reaching to Heaven; God's angels were on it, ascending and descending. The Lord Himself stood above it and said:

"'I am the Lord, the God of your father Abraham and the God of Isaac; the land on which you lie, I will give it to you and to your descendants. Your descendants will also be like the dust of the earth, and you will spread out to the west and to the east and to the north and to the south; and in you and in your descendants shall all the families of the earth be blessed. Behold, I am with you and will keep you wherever you go, and will bring you back to this land; for I will not leave you until I have done what I have promised you.' Then Jacob awoke from his sleep and said, 'Surely the Lord is in this place, and I did not know it.' He was afraid and said, 'How awesome is this place! This is none other than the house of God, and this is the gate of Heaven.'" Genesis 28:12-17

We will see God manifest His glorious presence in the darkest places on earth.

God is Redeeming the Down and Outcast

An angel told Jacob in another dream to look up and see God's plan to prosper him through the outcast, despised, black, spotted and speckled, undesirable sheep. This was at a time when Jacob's uncle, Laban, divined that he was blessed because of the Lord's favor on Jacob. But Jacob was delivered from Laban's bondage, laborious servitude, and imposed poverty. Jacob had served and prospered Laban, but there came a time when he had to separate to build his own house through the wealth God provided (see Genesis 30-31).

God wants to redeem the down and outcast. God's redemption will lead us to eternity, abundance, salvation, deliverance and restoration. The Holy Spirit will manifest His presence in and through the sons of God by restoring divine health, prosperity, signs, wonders, miracles, and resurrection power.
Jesus longs to return for a glorious Bride without spot or wrinkle. The Bride will make herself ready in blameless holiness (see Ephesians 5:27-28). Jesus is not coming back for a sin-sick Church or a silly, immature Bride. Jesus will be equally yoked with a mature, glorious Bride who is moving in great grace and power.

The Biblical Signs In the Heavens and What They Mean For You

There will be signs in sun and moon and stars, and on the earth dismay among nations, in perplexity at the roaring of the sea and the waves, men fainting from fear and the expectation of the things which are coming upon the world; for the powers of the heavens will be shaken. Then they will see THE SON OF MAN COMING IN A CLOUD with power and great glory. But when these things begin to take place, straighten up and lift up your heads, because your redemption is drawing near. Luke 21:25-28

The King of Glory will manifest Himself through His Bride; as we lift up our heads, the ancient gates in us open so the King of Glory can come through (see Psalm 24:9). Wisdom will accelerate the release of the "fear of the Lord," great faith, discernment, dreams, visions, prophecy, and an outpouring of God's Spirit upon all flesh. This will bring about the greatest end-time harvest the world has ever seen. We are living in the fullness of time where we are blessed to see and hear what the prophets and righteous men of old desired (see Matthew 13:16-17).

There is an appointed time for everything, a time for every event under Heaven. The lunar eclipses that are aligning themselves with the Jewish feasts are a heavenly light, a sign, a divine evidence of days and years, a beacon that foretells God's manifest presence coming through a victorious remnant.
Abram looked toward the starry heavens in Genesis 15:5-6; he "believed" the Word of the Lord that was spoken to him and it was counted unto him as righteousness. God used the heavens when Joseph received his calling dream: The Sun, the moon, and the eleven stars bowed down to him (see Genesis 37:9). God used the stars as a sign to announce the birth of Jesus as King when two planets aligned as a conjunction that led the wise men to Bethlehem. These events led to major world changes.

Each time the four blood moons (tetrad) have been displayed in the heavenlies, the world changed. There was also a total solar eclipse March 19 in 33AD, weeks before the crucifixion. Since the time of Jesus' birth, there have been seven tetrads (groups of four) blood moon eclipses (there were several others not counted because they were not total eclipses or did not fall exactly on the Jewish feasts).
Seven is the number of God, spiritual perfection, purification, and completeness. God rested from creating a perfect earth on the seventh day, a holy day of rest. The seventh month is for feast and festival days. The seventh year was a Sabbath rest for the land. The seven Spirits of God are found in Revelation 1:4, 3:1, 4:5, and 5:6 and in Isaiah 11:2.

It is Time For the Church to Arise and Shine and to Proclaim the Great Things God is Doing

Just as the world changed at the sign of each blood moon tetrad, so 2014–2015 will see a new release of resurrection power, signs, wonders, and miracles, and will be the beginning of the Latter Rain outpouring and transference of wealth for mass evangelism.
2015 is the eighth tetrad, a new beginning of resurrection power being released and demonstrated. April 4, 2015, will be the third blood moon during Passover. September 28, 2015, during the Feast of Tabernacles, the fourth blood moon, will be seen in Israel. There will also be a solar eclipse March 20, 2015.
New alignments and the transference of wealth in souls and riches are strategic during these seasons.

Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this, [see] if I will not open for you the windows of Heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows. I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes... All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land... Malachi 3:10-12

...But for you who fear My name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings... You will tread down the wicked, for they will be ashes under the soles of your feet... I am going to send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and terrible day of the Lord. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse. Malachi 4:1-6

It is time for the Church to arise and shine with revelation knowledge, for the true light has come.

Daniel 2:20-23 says, "Let the name of God be blessed forever and ever, for wisdom and power belong to Him. It is He who changes the times and the epochs; He removes and establishes kings; He gives wisdom to wise men and knowledge to men of understanding. It is He who reveals the profound and hidden things; He knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with Him..."

Now is the time to proclaim the great things God is doing in the heavens and on the earth.

"It has seemed good to me to declare the signs and wonders which the Most High God has done for me. 'How great are His signs and how mighty are His wonders! His Kingdom is an everlasting Kingdom and His dominion is from generation to generation'" (Daniel 4:2-3).
