PROPHETIC CHAMBER

Amos 9:13-14, "The days are coming," declares the Lord, "when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman and the planter by the one treading grapes. New wine will drip from the mountains and flow from all the hills. I will bring back the exiled people Israel; they will rebuild the ruined cities and live in them. They will plant vineyards and drink their wine; they will make gardens and eat their fruit."

Mantles Falling From Heaven

Recently, right when I was falling asleep, detailed images of mantles fell from Heaven on the earth. These looked like millions of robes, and each had a name given for many of the finely-crafted heavenly robes. Definitely a fascinating scene to go to bed to! Though there is much to conclude about this sight, we must ask, "What is God trying to say here?" If we are not diligent when Jesus gives us something, it can easily be treated with contempt.

We quickly read into only one item that "stuck out" which God revealed, and missed the other hundred pieces of insight that He was also trying to show. This easily happens by speaking, acting, and moving too fast on something God gave us when He really wanted us to "chew on it" for a long time before releasing the information. Luke 2:19, "But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart." She did this because she knew it was not time for the world to know. This is how we must approach what God gives us: Pondering each piece and really discovering more than what we first see.

The mantles I saw represented the traits, gifting, and deity of Christ resting on the earth in greater strength. There were many different names on these robes. Some were names of God and others were names of people—both alive today and passed on. As these glorious robes touched different parts of the world, it was noticeable that some of them carried the same distinct traits as others did. And though various mantles remained empty for a long time, others were quickly filled, as if the person was at the right place at the right time. A divine collision between person and mantle.

These robes that were falling into the new era had noticeably strong regional and assigned authorities upon them. This gave authenticity to the commissioning of the person who received them. Without a doubt, this was a personal and divine impartation from the hand of God. The Lord backed these mantles with a generational breakthrough power that made callings complete in due time. Easily seen...these robes affected many generations to come.

While watching this spectacular event unfold from the sky, God gave this insight:

1 Kings 19:19, ...Elijah went up to him and threw his cloak around him.

2 Kings 2:13, He picked up the cloak that had fallen from Elijah and went back and stood on the bank of the Jordan.

Parallel these two Scriptures together with me for just a moment and some of you will discover where you are and what is about to happen. In 1 Kings the initial commissioning took place from Elijah to Elisha. This is where most are. They have begun, but have not been fully activated by the new double portion, found in 2 Kings. What happened then was that the chariots picked up Elijah and dropped Elijah's mantle to Elisha. POW! A spiritual explosion producing the actual manifestation of the glorious new double portion over Elisha's life. Thus, Elijah's last miracle became Elisha's first. The new manifestation of the double portion is now on Elisha in greater power than it actually was on Elijah. God gave the initial dimensions of many of your callings and commissions ("1 Kings" encounter). Now it's time for the "2 Kings" encounter, which is both mantles colliding in the Spirit at once! Some of you are in between the 1 Kings and the 2 Kings realm.

These falling robes I saw represent the 2 Kings "double portion." In a double portion scenario there are two mantles bearing large amounts of fruit at the exact same time. This creates rapid growth and accelerated maturation of the Body of Christ. Elijah's mantle came upon Elisha as the chariots of fire went up. Did Elijah's mantle stop functioning at that time? NO! It increased and was released in greater power and capacity than when it was resting on Elijah. Now Elijah's and Elisha's mantle are both fully functioning in power. What was once hard to plow can now be easily sown and reaped at the same time. This is a double portion anointing.

The anointing (mantle) is from the same God, but imparted to many different people. This is the key ingredient! God will drop mantles in abundance on ALL flesh. That means you! Elijah carried a mantle similar to John the Baptist. They both came as forerunners to Jesus Christ. They boldly fought against religion. Elisha's mantle also looks similar to Jesus'. They were twice as affective as their predecessors. Elisha and Jesus stood before the rich all the way down to the lowly and poor.

The mantles I saw in the vision will be more intensified than in times past. What appeared to be unfinished with some of the past mantle carriers will become complete in the years ahead. Just like Elisha functioned with his and Elijah's covering, so will it be with these carriers. In all reality, these mantles are really from the Lord Himself. These are just trickles of what is coming. As these robes land on their rightful owners, they will spark many creative and unusual encounters. Note that many mantles fell together and at once. Expect the unexpected when you gather together. Unity is your weapon in this season.

Though there were many mantles that fell, I will elaborate on three that stuck out dramatically. This is imperative in 2010. Remember, it is only the beginning stages of what is later to come.

The First Mantle: Revolution

In the vision, many mantles fell from all over the skies as if it were raining. One particular mantle created a standard against heresy. Their speech became bold and persuasive like the Apostle Paul. The Lord released a heavy presence upon these individuals, causing people to flock to them and hear what they had to say. They spoke freedom and grace only by the Cross. The more they spoke, the stronger the anointing was. Truth surrounded their hearts and minds. Discernment protected every word from their mouth. Many yokes of religion were broken.

This first mantle that came to rest on the land reminded me of Martin Luther (taken from: Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia):

1483 – 1546, Age 62. He founded Protestantism, one of the major movements within Christianity out of the Catholic Church. He was a German monk, theologian, university professor, priest, and church reformer whose ideas started the Protestant Reformation and changed the course of Western civilization. Luther taught that salvation is a free gift of God and received only through true faith in Jesus as redeemer from sin, not from work or good deeds. His theology challenged the authority of the pope of the Roman Catholic Church by teaching that the Bible is the only source of Christian doctrine and all baptized Christians are priests before God (priesthood of all Believers). His reformation began by the publication of his 95 Theses in 1517 against the claims of indulgence preachers that God's punishment for sins could be avoided by buying them. Luther's refusal to retract his writings at the demand of the pope in 1520 and the Holy Roman Emperor Charles V at the Diet of Worms meeting in 1521 resulted in his excommunication by Pope Leo X and condemnation as an outlaw by the emperor. He wrote in the language of the people (instead of Latin) and made it more accessible, causing a tremendous impact on the church and German culture. It fostered the development of a standard version of the German language, added several principles to the art of translation, and influenced the translation of the King James Bible.

The revolution carriers rising up will be like none ever seen. The Church is finally being born again.

The Second Mantle: The Pioneer and Inventive Mantle

2 Chronicles 36:23, This is what Cyrus king of Persia says: "The Lord, the God of Heaven, has given me all the kingdoms of the earth and He has appointed me to build a temple for Him at Jerusalem in Judah..."

This is like the creative sojourners of those on the Mayflower. They were not afraid to take risk when the hand of God was upon them. These will have the creative and inventive ideas that are not confined to past inventions. The inventors will get their thoughts directly from the Father. They are the Benjamin Franklins of our day. The ones who see beyond the lightning in the sky and envision an entire city filled with lights. These mantles of design will create a completely new era of thinking. Many lives will be forever changed by some of the inventions coming on the earth from these Christians. I believe the funding from just one of these inventions will create enough money to financially free ministries for their entire duration of service.

Take a look at Mr. Marpeck below (taken from "The Marketplace" 2009 Marpeck: A Life of Dissent and Conformity):

Mr. Marpeck was born 1495, in Rattenberg, Austria. In 1527 he was ordered by the government to persecute Anabaptists, whom he himself was. He worked his way into business and political realms influencing both, and at the same time figured out how to educate and mentor the Anabaptist. In 1528, his belongings and property were seized; he then took on a different life to flee from further persecution. He moved to Strasbourg and was hired to manage the city's timber operations, which also included the entire section of the timber transport by river. It was here he came up with an idea to revolutionize the weaving industry by establishing a bleaching operation for the entire community.

Being that the industries were all built, at the time, along the waterways, those further distances from the water were poorer due to lack of trade and production. Marpeck come up with the idea of storing water higher up to produce pressure in the water so that the areas away from the river could have what we now call "piped and pressurized water." This opened up an entire new door for industry in regions that otherwise would have never had anything but dry dirt. His creative and intuitive thoughts propelled him in 1550 to Public Works Director of the entire region. In spite of those still wanting to persecute him, his inventions made him in greater demand than for the grave. During this entire time, he set right under the noses of people that wanted him dead because he consistently wrote to the growing movement of the Anabaptist, which at the time was illegal. God gave him such favor and authority in creativity that many overlooked that he was a fugitive.

This goes to show how powerful a creative mantle really is. It is one that can prolong your life and affect many people around you. Complete communities were touched by just one mantle. As this mantle stood hovering over the earth, it was apparent that those who would soon carry this precious commodity were folks who did not have selfish motives. They were not the hoarders of their time nor the greedy. Like a seed planted in the ground, funds (currency) began to flow through these mantles. The more the carriers released to others, the more God watered their seed. They were Believers who loved to give more than they received. I felt the Lord say during this encounter, "Many have tried to create money in their own strengths. I AM the Creator. Are you ready for Me to generate for you?"

The Third Mantle: The Unseen and Undiscovered Dimensions of God

While watching this breath-taking episode unfold, I understood what some of the mantles represented. Unlike the others, this third mantle was revealed at a much later time than the rest. This robe was unlike any ever seen. It was not shaped like the others and had no name either. It had many rare and distinct colors unlike any ever discovered. It was exquisitely brilliant. At some instances, you could see a reflection upon the mantle. At other times, one could see right through it, but you knew it was still there. It was as if the material was reflective, transparent, and mixed with undiscovered colors all at the same moment. Sensational...for lack of a better word!

This is the Lord's creative, unseen, and undiscovered dimensions that have not touched man's comprehension yet. Yes, we know a lot about Jesus. Many can talk about Him day and night, but there is still much more to be exposed. Imagine looking into space or going deep down under the oceans for the first time. Wouldn't it feel like a whole new world? This is how I feel about this spectacular mantle. Obviously, this splendid robe was on the earth when Jesus came because He is truth and in Him is completion. This extraordinary mantle solely represents the many undiscovered and unseen aspects of Jesus Christ.

John 21:25, Jesus did many other things as well. If every one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would not have room for the books that would be written.

There were more of this mantle than any other one. This robe fell last, yet brewed on the earth longer than them all. This is new. It is being unveiled like a child in the womb. You know it is there. You feel it. Briefly, you have touched it. Most of all you know it is real. We have not fully laid hold of it like we will begin to in the coming years. This is the unseen and undiscovered dimensions of God. The Lord's realm of new enlightenment and gleaming glory has finally begun.

Romans 8:18, I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.

HEAVEN is WAITING to HEAR YOU!

This past week the Lord said the following: "For there is a place in the heavens that is waiting for your singing. That place has not yet heard your voices come forth. I AM waiting for you to fill that place in the heavens with new sounds. There are still void places in the heavens that pertain to you. Under those places, the enemy rules from an illegal throne. Let My sound in you come up and fill the heavens above you. Then the land you walk on will rejoice. You, the heavens, and the land will be ONE. Blessings that you have been waiting upon will pour into your atmosphere. You will say, 'I have waited, but now I SEE'!

Let your song (sound) be heard. Let the void be filled. My purposes in you will not be complete until you lend your voice. My ears are listening for your voice. Lend ME your voice. There is a song that only you can sing. This is a void that only you can fill through Me arising in you. Let Me arise and your enemies be scattered. Let ME arise and every void be filled. Let Me arise and every curse break. I have gone to prepare a place for you. Your songs of thanksgiving will cause that place which has seemed to be dark from pain and trial to now be filled with glory. Give Me a thank offering. In that thank offering, the place that I have prepared for you will be called 'Peace' in days ahead.

You have been walking on a tightrope! At times you've said, 'Lord, I lost my balance.' Although you have fallen, in falling you grabbed hold. You have always climbed back up in this past season, and you kept walking. But now the rope is tighter and the way is more narrow. The only way you can make it through the last section of this season and fully enter into the new land is to dance your way across. When you make it across, I will put fire and glass in your feet and you will cut the enemy into pieces.

Many of you question if you have crossed over. You keep looking back and evaluating things with the mindset from the side of Jordan from whence you came. You HAVE crossed over, so look with different eyes! Look and evaluate what is ahead by what I have said. Do not stop the process and forward movement that I have for you. You have been lagging back and visiting the other side from where you came. You cross over and cross back, and cross over and cross back again because you haven't seen that I have help that I can send to keep you going. You look ahead and then say, 'May I return?' But I have a Host to bring you through and into the place to establish you.

Go across! Go across! Go across! And stay across! There is a Host waiting to usher you into victory.

Look NOT BACK at your last relationships, but look into the future at the new relationships that I will bring to establish you in a new way. Look not back at mistakes, but look into the future at the place of victory I have already prepared for you. Look not back at the supply that was there in the last season . a different supply awaits!"

Unquestionably, we are entering times of heightened spiritual activity and confrontation.

We believe 2010 will be a year considerably different from the past, with measures of breakthrough experienced by the remnant who qualify: those having positioned themselves before God with humility, contrition and who tremble at His Word.

This truth was recently re-emphasized to me while conducting meetings in New Zealand. While there I was reminded of a story recorded in the life of the notable healing evangelist Smith Wigglesworth. It involved a key secret in his walk with God and the release of divine power through this great champion.

In 1922 Wigglesworth journeyed to New Zealand for a series of healing campaigns. At the time, he was unknown to New Zealand's leadership, but with great confidence various pastors rented the Wellington Town Hall to host the meetings. To everyone's delight, the Lord was wonderfully present in power, bringing healing and salvation to scores. The services were so successful that additional meetings were arranged and each was filled to capacity with God healing the most difficult cases of sickness and disease.

At the conclusion of the campaign one of the host pastors, while walking along the seashore with Wigglesworth, asked what his secret was to walking in demonstrations of God's power. Wigglesworth responded, "I am sorry you asked me that question, but I will answer it. I am a brokenhearted man. My wife who meant everything to me, died 11 years ago. After the funeral I went back and lay on her grave. I wanted to die there. But God spoke to me and told me to rise up and come away. I told Him if He would give me a double portion of the Spirit—my wife's and my own—I would go and preach the Gospel. God was gracious to me and answered my request. But I sail the high seas alone. I am a lonely man, and many a time all I can do is to weep and weep."

A broken and contrite heart was the secret to Wigglesworth's success with God. It is written in Psalm 51:17, "the sacrifices of God are a broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, You will not despise."

As the two men continued walking along New Zealand's seashore, Wigglesworth emphasized what he carried in God was not to be envied, but instead he envied what the last generation will see. Wigglesworth explained that he had experienced three open visions with the Lord. Two of them were already fulfilled at the time of these meetings in 1922. However, he expressed the third would take place after his death. Wigglesworth explained, "Oh it was amazing! Amazing! I cannot tell God's secrets, but you will remember what I say—this revival we have had is nothing to what God is yet going to do."

The pastor to whom these comments were made recorded that he clearly understood Wigglesworth's comments were directed towards the spiritual outpouring within the generation preceding the Lord's return. He said, "It was quite evident that the evangelist had a special vision granted to him of the coming outpouring of the Spirit in an unprecedented effusion in the days just before our Lord comes to snatch away the Church."

Taking it to Another Level

Clearly, Wigglesworth was given a glimpse of God's plan for this present hour. It is also recorded that while in South Africa in 1936, Wigglesworth accurately prophesied what has now become known as the Charismatic renewal. He along with many other prior champions was allowed to prophetically observe and forecast what we as a generation can enjoy in God. Even so, the same qualifications are necessary for us that existed with Wigglesworth and the others.

It is incredibly sad that Wigglesworth lost his precious wife Polly. Nevertheless, it produced something in him that God was able to use to change a generation. Although we may not go through the precise loss that Wigglesworth experienced, our ultimate goal is to present ourselves before God in humility and genuine brokenness of heart because of our condition and the present need for godly character. Such a heart God will not despise and will powerfully anoint with demonstrations of His Spirit.

Following the meetings in New Zealand I felt a profound challenge being placed upon my life and that of God's leadership to take our consecration and devotion to a higher level. He deserves greater than we have been able to present thus far. Clearly there are many who have sacrificed notably throughout the Church to see His Kingdom revealed. Even so, for the most part—on the corporate level, we must aspire to something more.

Our Need for True Leadership

There is a present need for clarity and honorable leadership to emerge with a credible prophetic voice to provide direction and divine wisdom. With an increasing emphasis on the emergence of God's divine government there is an equal demand for Biblical understanding of God's promises for the end-of-the-age generation. There are clear spiritual endowments being imparted to those groomed and prepared for governmental responsibility. Never before has there been greater need for the spirits of wisdom and revelation promised in Ephesians 1:17-19 saying:

That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe.

Like Daniel and his three friends in Babylonian captivity, we desperately need the impartation of heavenly wisdom and knowledge as well as intelligence in all manner of writing and literature. We desperately need insight and interpretation of our dreams and visions (Daniel 1:17).

It is my perspective that all true spiritual leadership is birthed out of friendship with the Lord. He once told His disciples that He no longer considered them servants, but friends. From that place of intimacy, God's mysteries, secrets and strategies are imparted that convey the Father's thoughts and aspirations for this generation. Therefore, our foremost pursuit should not necessarily be a spiritual office, but friendship with Jesus. Who we are and what we are called to be will become clearly recognized as we delegate Kingdom authority and walk with God like Enoch.

Supernatural Endowments

I have often studied and written on the life of Daniel; a man highly esteemed and greatly beloved in Heaven. The Lord told me years ago that Daniel was a prototype of the generation he foresaw. In many ways, Daniel and his three friends provide a prophetic picture of the manner by which the Lord will equip His people for special end-of-the-age assignments. The Babylonian captivity of natural Israel provides a forecast of our present condition and the Lord's promise for deliverance.

Daniel 1:17 describes Heaven's special empowerment imparted to these loyal young men. God gave them:

Knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom, and Daniel had understanding in all (kinds of) visions and dreams.

The Lord gave them by inspiration, revelatory knowledge and intelligence in various matters of writing and literature. The Lord quickened in them special skills to apprehend and articulate spiritual understanding and Heavenly wisdom. Daniel was notably gifted with supernatural perception into all manner of visions and dreams.

There was a specific impartation from God that empowered them to excel in the apprehension of wisdom and governmental scholarship. The Lord bestowed by spiritual transference the blessing of unique knowledge and exceptional capacity in literature and all manner of written work.

This pattern will also be followed in this day when the Lord discovers devoted hearts of obedience and loyalty. There are vast storehouses of revelatory insight and supernatural knowledge involving Scripture, creation, science, the arts and many other subjects that will be entrusted to saints who follow the model established by Daniel and his three friends.

A Prophetic Standard

These four young men provide a prophetic standard for the spiritually strong who know their God and carry out great exploits. They will intimately know God and engage the revelatory realm of Heaven. In them will be an excellent spirit granting acute perception and understanding to interpret dreams and visions, clarify revelatory experiences and solve difficult and enigmatic problems. They will be people who apprehend insight from the throne room and respond to the invitation to "come up here" to be shown things to take place in the future.

A few years ago during a prophetic experience, the Lord specifically stated to me that Daniel 1:17 was spiritually linked to Ephesians 1:17. These are parallel passages stating the same promises from different time frames. One is from the Old Covenant outlining God's dealings during difficult times but also pointing to a future day of supernatural intervention into the lives of mankind. The other is expressed in the New Covenant recording for all generations the heritage of the saints.

Despite our perceived personal limitations, the Lord is a quickening Spirit. He has promised to give life to our mortal bodies with His Spirit and grant to us the spirit of revelation that will access mysteries, secrets and revelatory knowledge as our legacy in Him.

Tokens of the Past

Many who attended Maria Woodworth-Etter's meetings at the turn of the 20th century would be caught up in the Spirit to experience visions and revelations of the Lord. These accounts are well documented and verified. Some would be commissioned in their encounter as missionaries to foreign lands and emerge from their visionary revelation capable of fluently speaking the language of the nation to which they were called.

It is the Father's good pleasure to reveal to us the Kingdom and perform awesome deeds that only He can achieve. It was a small thing for Him to rejuvenate the bodies of Abraham and Sarah and quicken them with strengthening virtue. Even after Sarah's death and well over one-hundred years of age, Abraham continued in the strength imparted to him by his encounter with El Shaddai and bore many more sons through Keturah.

Likewise, the Lord is more than able to equip us to access the unfathomable treasures hidden in Him that require supernatural gifts like those entrusted to the apostle Paul. As the Bible also clearly promises, the Holy Spirit knows what is hidden in darkness and reveals the deep and secret things. Light dwells with Him bringing illumination to that which has been set apart and reserved for the generation of destiny (Daniel 2:22).

Even now there are individuals engaging the revelatory realm of Heaven receiving downloads of insight into physics, light, sound and spiritual colors. The visitation of the apostle John to the throne room was both visual and audible. His experience disclosed awesome sights, sounds and vibrant colors surrounding the Lord's seat of dominion and victory. The more understanding we have of that realm the greater our ability to cooperate with Heaven in the demonstration of the Kingdom dominion on the earth.

Mysteries and Secrets of God

In like fashion, the Lord is releasing by the spirit of revelation, keys of understanding and interpretation into Kingdom mysteries and secrets reserved for the Last Days. Passages that have been present all along but with limited understanding will become illuminated and saturated with Spirit and Life. There is now being released from Heaven a spiritual endowment that will provide divine wisdom and revelatory insight. The prophecies of Isaiah point to this saying:

You have heard (these things foretold), now you see this fulfillment. And will you not bear witness to it? I show you specified new things from this time forth, even hidden things (kept in reserve) which you have not known.

They are created now (called into being by the prophetic word), and not long ago; and before today you have never heard of them, lest you should say, Behold, I knew them!—Isaiah 48:6-7 AMP

During the days of the early Apostolic Church, unprecedented events were taking place. The disciples were compelled to examine the prophetic writings of the prophets to provide a Scriptural basis for their experiences. No one could have anticipated the prophetic fulfillment that transpired on the Day of Pentecost. The Scriptures pointing to Pentecost were present all along but now the experience itself unlocked revelatory insight into the mysteries of the Kingdom that were imparted during the early Church.

There are notable thoughts and plans resident in God's heart that have been sealed and held in reserve until the appointed time. That day has now arrived and the Lord is releasing spiritual impartations that will be dynamic in their applications. The Scriptural truths and Kingdom mysteries that are imminently before us will have as much impact today as Martin Luther's ninety-five theses nailed to the Church door in Wittenberg, Germany, did in the early 16th century.
