Because of Billy Graham's passing and return into the presence of the Heavenly Father at the age of 99, I would like to share this word to raise your awareness for this and the time ahead. The Word of God tells us that if the kernel of wheat does not fall into the ground and dies, it will not produce much fruit. This is what Jesus said when He spoke of His coming death and resurrection while He lived on earth (see John 12:24).

 

24 Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.

The Holy Spirit reminded me of some words of prophets who have said that Billy Graham's going home would open a new time for the Church on the earth, associated with an anointing mantle falling on the cooperative Body of Christ to fulfill God's mission for this and the coming time.

The Biblical Year 5778

We are currently in the biblical year 5778 (Note: Gregorian year 2018), which emphasises on the number “8”, which in turn is linked to “new beginning”. The Lord spoke already in the recent prophetic word “The Insignificant Things Become Highlighted” of sprouting of small beginnings that are connected with the new that has never been present in the auditory realm (see Isaiah 48:6-7).

 

6 You have heard these things; look at them all. Will you not admit them? “From now on I will tell you of new things, of hidden things unknown to you.

7 They are created now, and not long ago; you have not heard of them before today. So you cannot say, ‘Yes, I knew of them.’

The Year Of The Gate

According to Apostle Chuck D. Pierce, this biblical year 5778 is also a year of the gate, where the angels of God are very active in ensuring and assisting that we would pass through the gate. In the prophetic context, a gate is a place of authority and identity. Gates are also biblical places of business and property transfer, as well as a gate is a place of divine counsel. In addition, the gate is also connected with Jesus Christ Himself, who revealed Himself as a door to give us access to the areas of God in connection with spiritual provision (see John 10:9).

 

9 I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved. They will come in and go out, and find pasture.

The Time Of The Eyes Of The Lamb Of God

When I heard of Billy Graham's death, the Holy Spirit spoke of a time in which we have entered as the Body of Christ and in which the eyes of the Lamb of God move on earth to bring forth what was hidden. It is the time to getting found by God, which comes along with great joy (see Revelation 5:6 i.c.w. Luke 15:4-6).

 

6 Then I saw a Lamb, looking as if it had been slain, standing at the center of the throne, encircled by the four living creatures and the elders. The Lamb had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits1 of God sent out into all the earth.

 

4 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?

5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’

The Time Cycle Of 500 Years

As the people of God, we should be aware in this crucial time and season that biblical history and secular history often depict and emphasize events in cycles of 500 years in which great changes take place (e.g. 500 years of the Reformation). That is why it is so important at this time to listen to true prophetic voices calling us to enter the personal and full restoration in Christ, as it is written in Acts (see Acts 3:21).

 

21 Heaven must receive him until the time comes for God to restore everything, as he promised long ago through his holy prophets.

Responding To God's Destiny

For this reason, it is important to be reminded that destiny always requires our response. Doors of promises get opened, awaiting us to pass through them. However, this does not happen by itself, but rather requires focus and decision.
 

Patterns of destiny (note: sequences) imply events which are essential. As it happened at the time of Elijah's rapture, in which the elements of “fire” and “wind” played an important role (see 2 Kings 2:11 i.c.w. Luke 3:16).

 

11 As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.

 

16 John answered them all, “I baptize you with water. But one who is more powerful than I will come, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Determined Decisiveness

In phases that are challenging it is necessary to hold on to Jesus Christ resolutely according to Elisha's approach (note: symbol for the Body of Christ on earth). He despite the request of his Lord Elijah (note: symbol for Jesus Christ) not to let go of following him had finally entered his destiny. Although Elijah had asked Elisha several times to remain in Gilgal, Bethel and Jericho, Elisha did not allow himself being deterred from getting into his final destiny (see 2 Kings 2:1-6).

 

1 When the Lord was about to take Elijah up to heaven in a whirlwind, Elijah and Elisha were on their way from Gilgal.

2 Elijah said to Elisha, “Stay here; the Lord has sent me to Bethel.” But Elisha said, “As surely as the Lord lives and as you live, I will not leave you.” So they went down to Bethel.

3 The company of the prophets at Bethel came out to Elisha and asked, “Do you know that the Lord is going to take your master from you today?” “Yes, I know,” Elisha replied, “so be quiet.”

4 Then Elijah said to him, “Stay here, Elisha; the Lord has sent me to Jericho.” And he replied, “As surely as the Lord lives and as you live, I will not leave you.” So they went to Jericho.

5 The company of the prophets at Jericho went up to Elisha and asked him, “Do you know that the Lord is going to take your master from you today?” “Yes, I know,” he replied, “so be quiet.”

6 Then Elijah said to him, “Stay here; the Lord has sent me to the Jordan.” And he replied, “As surely as the Lord lives and as you live, I will not leave you.” So the two of them walked on.

The reason for Elisha's behavior was that he knew that Elijah had indispensable spiritual resources. As a result of this persistent behavior, Elisha acted “violently” in order to take the kingdom of heaven by force and to preserve the life of the Spirit for the future and future generations (see Matthew 11:12).

 

12 From the days of John the Baptist until now, the kingdom of heaven has been subjected to violence, and violent people have been raiding it.

Elisha's unshakable adherence to his promise was rooted in the Spirit of the Lord. As a result of this attitude, he finally has possessed this power, which even led him further than Elijah.
 

Overcoming Rejection

This attitude includes the principle that you must overcome rejection in order to be able to walk in the anointing of God. It is therefore not possible to move in the anointing unless you have learned to overcome and endure rejection in order to achieve higher goals related to to the anointing. The same can be applied to inconvenience and the pressure of voices who want to stop you on the way (see 2 Kings 2:3.5). In all circumstances of distraction and diversion it is therefore crucial to continue and to move forward remaining focused in order to finally reach God's goal and destiny.

5 The company of the prophets at Jericho went up to Elisha and asked him, “Do you know that the Lord is going to take your master from you today?” “Yes, I know,” he replied, “so be quiet.”

Places Of Examination

Each of Elisha's whereabouts (note: Gilgal, Bethel, Jericho) became places of testings of Elisha and if his heart can be found truly undivided. Each place represented phases of learning, mastering and sacrifice.

His deep and sincere desire was to serve Elijah.
Elisha understood that doors of destiny open while the steps of promise are already recognizable.
 

There is a saying: 'We do not need leaders who serve, but rather servants who lead.' And Jesus Himself said that where He is, His servants would also be (see John 12:26).

 

26 Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me.

Your trustworthy identity and ability to flow in the Spirit will be recognized and revealed in its greatness as you feel comfortable in your own skin and realize that you are completely known by God and that He is “ordering” your steps. By this divine “ordering” you can enter your destiny.
 

Therefore, the only thing that is important is to serve the Father by serving with your life as it unfolds before you. This requires an intimate relationship with God as your Father. Only in this way you will be able to see how it unfolds in front of you to help you fulfilling your purpose.

Understanding God's Order

Elisha also understood that there was an order for his life and that a new order was about to manifest. He became the apparent heir of the success (note: fulfillment) of the anointing which he had received from Elijah.

Referring to our time, it means that we do not receive the anointing by simple laying on of hands, but rather it is transmitted to us as we deal with and devote ourselves to the concerns of God. So, it comes from the capacity of relationship (note: from the acceptance and love of the Heavenly Father) to serve others, and from the deep desire for breakthrough and the price of the high calling in Jesus Christ (see Ephesians 4:13).

 

… 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

When lives of believers lack order, then believers tend to feel as if nothing fits, nothing flows and nothing is fulfilled. If there is no order, there will be no meaning. Finally, this circumstance leads to frustration.

The Revealing Through Destiny Patterns

If you can find the destiny patterns of your life, these patterns always lead to finding the destiny pathways. Frequently, personal destiny patterns can get recognized by the way people have relationships with significant people. These patterns are also revealed in the cycles of people's own history. The key to the future therefore lies in the past.

We can find those patterns, for example, in the life of David, who defeated a lion, then a bear, then Goliath, then his brothers and then all the Philistines. This shows that significant events can help to recognize significant patterns in life. These reflections open up suitable ways leading to one's destiny.
 

Elijah's ministry was primarily a service of listening and speaking the word. But Elisha's ministry was of seeing things that were not there, as if they were there.

The Sign Of Billy Graham's Going Home

The physical death of Billy Graham marks at this point in history for us, the Body of Christ, a gate of the supernatural sight of God who gets to find those who live hidden in Christ. We have entered a great time in which the Father reveals to us the hidden manna of Christ, his order and spiritual/apostolic guidance (see Revelation 2:17b i.c.w. Hebrews 9:4b).

 

… 17b To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna.

 

… 4b This ark contained the gold jar of manna, Aaron’s staff that had budded, and the stone tablets of the covenant.

The Prophetic Sight Of Elisha

Elisha had the ability to see the “means of transport” of the move of God. He saw the fiery chariots of God, representing God's walking, and the Spirit of God, representing God's movement. This point of view is for us the access to receive the anointing mantle in order to walk in the promises of God and to overcome the things that rise up against the knowledge of God in this time.
