Isaiah 26:9 tells us that the people of the world learn righteousness, when His judgements come upon the earth.

Isaiah 26:9:
9 My soul yearns for you in the night; in the morning my spirit longs for you. When your judgements come upon the earth, the people of the world learn righteousness.

Dinah, Only Daughter of Jakob

In this context I would like to look at the position of the bride of Christ by referring to Jacob's only daughter, whose name was Dinah and means “judge” (see Genesis 30:21).

Genesis 30:21:
21 Some time later she (note: Lea) gave birth to a daughter and named her Dinah.

As God puts an emphasis on everything that is first and also calls Himself the First and the Last, it is advisable to recognise His guidance through the life of Dinah (see Exodus 13:2 i.c.w. Isaiah 44:6; Revelation 1:17-18a).

Exodus 13:2:
2 “Consecrate to me every first-born male. The first offspring of every womb among the Israelites belongs to me, whether human or animal.”

Isaiah 44:6:
6 “This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord Almighty: I am the first and I am the last; apart from me there is no God.

Revelation 1:17-18a:
17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said: “Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. 18a I am the Living One;  …

Dinah was the only daughter of Jacob and Leah, as before mentioned, and was born between her brothers Sebulon and Joseph (see Genesis 30:20-24); they were connected to the economy and administration of the riches of the kingdom of God (see Genesis 41:40-49 i.c.w. Genesis 49:13; Deuteronomy 33:18-19).

Leah and Rachel

Leah was not the wife of the promise for Jacob, it was Rachel who was promised to him.
Leah was Laban's elder daughter and Rachel was the younger one.
As opposed to Rachel, we are told about Leah that she had weak eyes; in the prophetic context this means an unenlightened heart (see Genesis 29:17 i.c.w. Luke 11:34).

Genesis 29:17:
17 Leah had weak eyes, but Rachel had a lovely figure and was beautiful.

Luke 11:34:
34 Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are healthy, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are unhealthy, your body also is full of darkness.

Dinah and the Field of Authority Assigned to Her by God

In regard to Dinah this means she was born from an unenlightened realm and thus wasn't fully aware of her God-given authority, namely to establish righteousness among the people and in the economy by rendering fair judgements.
Dinah was destined and authorised by God to freely enter and exit His courtroom, just as the prophet Daniel saw it, in order to establish God's righteousness on the earth through His verdict (see Daniel 7:9-10).

Daniel 7:9-10:
9 “As I looked, “thrones were set in place, and the Ancient of Days took his seat. His clothing was as white as snow; the hair of his head was white like wool. His throne was flaming with fire, and its wheels were all ablaze.
10 A river of fire was flowing, coming out from before him. Thousands upon thousands attended him; ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him. The court was seated, and the books were opened.

Satan's Attack on Dinah's Identity

Satan attacked her God-given  Identity by using the unenlightened realm (note: lack of knowledge) through the generational line of her mother; hence she was not able to understand God's righteousness properly (see Proverbs 29:18 i.c.w. Hosea 4:6a).

Proverbs 29:18:
18 Where there is no revelation, people cast off restraint; but blessed is the one who heeds wisdom’s instruction.

Hosea 4:6a:
6a my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge.  …

This lack of knowledge in the life of Dinah resulted in a two-dimensional (soulish-fleshly) view.
The lust of her eyes seduced her into leaving God's field of authority, so that she was without protection and was vulnerable for an attack in the natural; in conclusion she was raped by Shechem, son of the Hivite Hamor (see Genesis 34:1-2).

Genesis 34:1-2:
1 Now Dinah, the daughter Leah had borne to Jacob, went out to visit the women of the land.
2 When Shechem (note: means „ridge“ => symbol for cattiness and ploy) son of Hamor (note: means „donkey“=> symbol for stubbornness and own will) the Hivite (note: means „village people“ => symbol for self protection and own rule), the ruler of that area, saw her, he took her and raped her.

Because he feared the righteousness of God, the enemy seduced Dinah with cattiness and self-will to look on worldly things in order to elicit her from the protection of the LORD and to ultimately destroy her identity.

Stay Tuned into God!

As bride of Christ we should keep the eyes of our heart fixed on the LORD and we should walk in the supernatural realm where He is (see Colossians 3:1-4).

Colossians 3:1-4:
1 Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.
2 Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.
3 For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God.
4 When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.

Ruling from the Realm of God

I am personally convinced that we as people of God have to deal with a great measure of darkness and terror in this world in our time, because as bride of Christ we simply do not act from the governmental realm of God ; we fail to declare righteous judgement through the victory of Jesus at the cross over the principalities, who hover in the air over respective areas (see Revelation 21:2-3.9-10 i.c.w. Ephesians 6:12; Ephesians 2:2).

Revelation 21:2-3.9-10:
2 I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband.
3And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God.  …
9 One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb.”
10 And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God.

Ephesians 6:12:
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Ephesians 2:2:
… 2 in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient.

The Release of God's Righteousness

The righteousness of God we release is not against people but against the evil influence of the system of darkness.
As a result all those who connected with the system of darkness will also experience the effect of the judgement of God, but it does not mean that God takes joy in this (see Ezekiel 33:11).

Ezekiel 33:11:
11 Say to them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Sovereign LORD, I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that they turn from their ways and live. Turn! Turn from your evil ways! Why will you die, people of Israel?’

The Judgement of God over the System of Darkness

By looking at the judgements upon the Babylonian system we see that God first of all judges the system; then he invites the people to leave the system and asks them not to tie their hearts to it, as the love for money is the root of all evil (see Revelation 18:4-10 i.c.w. 1.Timothy 6:10-11).

Revelation 18:4-10:
4 Then I heard another voice from heaven say: “ ‘Come out of her, my people,’ so that you will not share in her sins, so that you will not receive any of her plagues;  5 for her sins are piled up to heaven, and God has remembered her crimes.
6 Give back to her as she has given; pay her back double for what she has done. Pour her a double portion from her own cup.
7 Give her as much torment and grief as the glory and luxury she gave herself. In her heart she boasts, ‘I sit enthroned as queen. I am not a widow; I will never mourn.’
8 Therefore in one day her plagues will overtake her: death, mourning and famine. She will be consumed by fire, for mighty is the Lord God who judges her.
9 “When the kings of the earth who committed adultery with her and shared her luxury see the smoke of her burning, they will weep and mourn over her.
10 Terrified at her torment, they will stand far off and cry: “ ‘Woe! Woe to you, great city, you mighty city of Babylon! In one hour your doom has come!’

1.Timothy 6:10-11:
10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.
11 But you, man of God, flee from all this, and pursue righteousness, godliness (note: fear of God), faith, love, endurance and gentleness.

Samson from the Tribe of Dan

A similar judgement over the system of darkness can be seen through the life of Samson who was of the tribe of Dan, which means “judge”.
Before Samson confronted the Philistines with the power of God, he encountered the system of the false lion by tearing it apart with bare hands (note: acts of righteousness); this victory became sweet for his family (note: symbol for the family of God; see Judges 14:4-6.8b-9 i.c.w. 1.Peter 5:8-9).

Judges 14:4-6.8b-9:
4 (His parents did not know that this was from the LORD, who was seeking an occasion to confront the Philistines; for at that time they were ruling over Israel.)
5 Samson went down to Timnah together with his father and mother. As they approached the vineyards of Timnah, suddenly a young lion came roaring toward him.
6 The Spirit of the Lord came powerfully upon him so that he tore the lion apart with his bare hands as he might have torn a young goat. But he told neither his father nor his mother what he had done.  …
… 8b he turned aside to look at the lion’s carcass, and in it he saw a swarm of bees and some honey.
9 He scooped out the honey with his hands and ate as he went along. When he rejoined his parents, he gave them some, and they too ate it. But he did not tell them that he had taken the honey from the lion’s carcass.

1.Peter 5:8-9:
8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.
9 Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings.

The Hall of the Jurisdiction of God

As bride of Christ it is our job to reign from the presence of God and to release his righteous judgements on the earth.
But this only happens, when we stay in the hall of the jurisdiction of God and release these judgements from His perspective.
We only gain access to this area, when we also move in the understanding of the order of God and walk in it.
The release of a judgement given by God is not a verdict conceived by humans, but it is the mandate of the bride of Christ to pray for our enemies (see Matthew 5:44-45). This leads them into the hall of the jurisdiction of the LORD to receive God's judgement, which results in God's righteousness on earth.
This was the way Abraham dealt with his enemies, who caused distress for one of his family members, in this case, his nephew Lot.
Abraham pursued his enemies all the way to Dan (note: “judge”); in the prophetic context it means that he brought them before the throne of the jurisdiction of God , which is held up by the pillars of justice and righteousness (see Genesis 14:11-12.14 i.c.w. Psalm 89:14).

Genesis 14:11-12.14:
11The four kings seized all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah and all their food; then they went away.
12 They also carried off Abram’s nephew Lot and his possessions, since he was living in Sodom. …
14  When Abram heard that his relative (note: Lot) had been taken captive, he called out the 318 trained men born in his household and went in pursuit as far as Dan.

Psalm 89:14:
14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you.

The Throne of God's Righteousness

The Hebrew word for “throne” is „kiṡṡē'“ and stems from the root word „kāṡāh“, which means “properly covered”.
This word definition shows clearly that, if we want to remain in the hall of the jurisdiction of the LORD before His throne, it is necessary for us as saints to move in the anointing allocated to us by God and in His order to be able to understand the righteous judgements of the LORD and to release them on the earth.

The apostles play a special part in this mandate, as they are set over regions by God and rule there spiritually, similar to the apostle John, when he cooperated with the „seven stars“ in the right hand of Jesus Christ (see Revelation 1:16a.20).

Revelation 1:16a.20:
… 16a In his right hand he (note: Jesus Christ) held seven stars, …
20 The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.

Sitting in Judgement According to God's Measure

The Hebrew word for “sitting in judgement” is „dîn“ and is meant "to cause the respective person to return to the straight and narrow or to sail a straight way".
In this case the tongue of the judge is of great importance, as his tongue forms the words of the verdict.
It is therefore important not to judge people from ones own heart, but to hear what God releases in His throne room (see James 3:4-5a).

James 3:4-5a:
4 Or take ships as an example. Although they are so large and are driven by strong winds, they are steered by a very small rudder wherever the pilot wants to go.
5a Likewise, the tongue is a small part of the body, but it makes great boasts. …

God's tongue is a living, powerful, sharp and two-edged sword (see Revelation 1:16b i.c.w. Hebrews 4:12-13).

Revelation 1:16b:
… 16b and coming out of his mouth was a sharp, double-edged sword. …

Hebrews 4:12-13:
12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

There never comes bitter water from His mouth, when God judges from His throne room of righteousness (see James 3:10-12)!

James 3:10-12:
10 Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing. My brothers and sisters, this should not be.
11 Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring?
12 My brothers and sisters, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water.

God's Descending on the Earth

In order to understand God's righteous verdicts and His purpose behind them better, I would like to look at a few situations in the word of God, where the LORD descended into the earthly realm before bringing judgement over the enemy's camp.
God's descending was necessary, because He wanted to reveal to us, His people, that He would survey the state of unrighteousness or distress (see Genesis 11:4-8; Genesis 18:20-21; Exodus 14:24-25; John 1:11-14 i.c.w. Luke 3:22; John 16:7-11; Acts 2:1-4).

Genesis 11:4-8 (Note: the confusion released by the Trinity of God because of their statement and works of pride):
… 4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.”
5 But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower the people were building.
6 The LORD said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.
7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”
8 So the Lord scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.

Genesis 18:20-21 (Note: the fire released because of unrighteousness, perversion, violence and fornication by the people, who disregarded God as their creator and His presence):
20 Then the LORD said, “The outcry against Sodom and Gomorrah is so great and their sin so grievous 21 that I will go down and see if what they have done is as bad as the outcry that has reached me. If not, I will know.”

Exodus 14:24-25 (Note: the terror of God released over the enemies of Israel and the blocking of their wheels):
24 During the last watch of the night the LORD looked down from the pillar of fire and cloud at the Egyptian army and threw it into confusion.
25 He jammed the wheels of their chariots so that they had difficulty driving. And the Egyptians said, “Let’s get away from the Israelites! The LORD is fighting for them against Egypt.”

John 1:11-14 (Note: the love of God released to bring reconciliation between God and men as well as judge guilt, sickness and death by Jesus' victory at the cross; see John 3:16 i.V.m. Isaiah 1:18; Isaiah 53; 1 John 1:7; 1 Corinthians 15:54-57):
11 He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him.
12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God—  13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
14 The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

Luke 3:22 (Note: the descending of the Holy Spirit on Jesus Christ and the Confirmation of the Father):
… 22 and the Holy Spirit descended on him (note: Jesus) in bodily form like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: “You are my Son, whom I love; with you I am well pleased.”

John 16:7-11.13-15 (Note: the coming of the Holy Spirit to explain the judgement of God):
7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.
8 When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgement:  9 about sin, because people do not believe in me; 10 about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer;  11 and about judgement, because the prince of this world now stands condemned. …
13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.
14 He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you.
15 All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”

Acts 2:1-4 (Note: the descending of the Holy Spirit on the earth in accordance with the Father and the Son):
1  When the day of Pentecost (note: Schawuot) came, they were all together in one place.
2 Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3 They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire (note: to speak words of righteousness) that separated and came to rest on each of them.
4 All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them.

The LORD wants us, His people, to get the point of His righteous descending on the earth.

The Generational Line of Enoch

This approach of the LORD can also be seen in the generational line of Enoch (note: means „dedication“ => it stems from the root word „chanak“ and means something like „to judge, instruct, dedicate“), whose father was Jared (note: „to climb down, descend“). The son of Enoch was called Methuselah (note: means „man of the shot; man with projectile“; see Genesis 5:18.21-24).

Genesis 5:18.21-24:
18 When Jared had lived 162 years, he became the father of Enoch.  …
21 When Enoch had lived 65 years, he became the father of Methuselah.
22 After he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked faithfully with God 300 years and had other sons and daughters.
23 Altogether, Enoch lived a total of 365 years.
24 Enoch walked faithfully with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

Enoch walked 365 years on the earth, which points to Jesus Christ, who is the sun of righteousness, as a sun year consists of 365 days.
Therefore, Enoch's age points to the God of all ages as described in Daniel 7:9-10 , who judges righteously from His throne out of the centre of the fire.
And it was in this place, where Enoch dwelled, as he was transported there by God, too to invoke us to walk in the righteousness of God on the earth (see Malachi 3:18-4:1,2)!

Malachi 3:18-4:1,2:
18 And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.
1 “Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and the day that is coming will set them on fire,” says the Lord Almighty. “Not a root or a branch will be left to them.
2 But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves.

The Line of Succession of Jared and the Feast of Hanukkah

It is no coincidence that Jared, Enoch and Methuselah were sixth, seventh and eighth in the line of succession behind Adam; concealed in it is also the secret of the miracle of Hanukkah, as the name „Enoch“ has the same meaning as the feast of Hanukkah (note: means „sanctification, dedication“), which also Jesus Christ celebrated, where He revealed Himself as the great shepherd in Jerusalem (see John 10:22-38).
Hanukkah is the feast, where the Makkabees (note: people of Israel) cleansed the temple defiled by the Greek and dedicated it once more to the LORD.
For this purpose the people of Israel gathered in Jerusalem to celebrate the feast of Hanukkah.
When it was time to light the menorah in the temple the people of Israel only had enough oil left for one day. But a multiplication miracle happened that day, so that there was enough oil for eight days.
Hanukkah is a feast of restoration as well as a celebration of the miracles of God.
Hanukkah is also called the feast of lights (note: of fire), which is expressed by the use of a special menorah, called Hanukkiah.
Instead of the usual seven arms of the menorah, the Hanukkiah has nine arms: one light for every day as a sign for commemorating the miracle of multiplication of the oil. The ninth light is called „schamasch“, it means „servant“ and is not counted, as it is used to ignite the other eight lights of the Hanukkiah.
The explanation for Hanukkah in regard to the line of succession of Jared, Enoch and Methuselah means in the prophetic context for us in our time, that God wants to reveal His righteous, holy and fiery nature through us, His people to re-establish His holy, consecrated realm filled with revelation on the earth.
It is also no coincidence that the apostle Jude  (note: not Judas Iscariot) cited Enoch's prophetic statement connected to the judgement of God (see Jude 1:14-15).

Jude 1:14-15:
14 Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about them: “See, the Lord is coming with thousands upon thousands of his holy ones 15 to judge everyone, and to convict all of them of all the ungodly acts they have committed in their ungodliness, and of all the defiant words ungodly sinners have spoken against him.”

The  generational line of the father of Enoch reveals to us that God came into the earth through Jesus Christ to reveal His judgement/ victory over darkness and over the prince of this world, similar to the way David confronted Goliath (note: „Methuselah = projectile“; see John 3:19a i.c.w. 1 Samuel 17:40.48-51).

John 3:19a:
19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world,  …

1 Samuel 17:40.48-51:
40 Then he took his staff in his hand, chose five smooth stones from the stream, put them in the pouch of his shepherd’s bag and, with his sling in his hand, approached the Philistine. …
48 As the Philistine moved closer to attack him, David ran quickly toward the battle line to meet him.
49 Reaching into his bag and taking out a stone, he slung it and struck the Philistine on the forehead. The stone sank into his forehead, and he fell face-down on the ground.
50 So David triumphed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone; without a sword in his hand he struck down the Philistine and killed him.
51 David ran and stood over him. He took hold of the Philistine’s sword and drew it from the sheath. After he killed him, he cut off his head with the sword. When the Philistines saw that their hero was dead, they turned and ran.

The Hurling Angel

The supernatural communication of the bride of Christ also results in just influence on the earth, because her prayers are mixed with the fiery coals before His throne room. This causes the righteous answer of the LORD to be hurled by a specific angel from the supernatural realm through the heavens onto the earth by shaking them in order to get free from unrighteousness (see Revelation 8:3-5 i.c.w. Hebrews 12:26-29).

Revelation 8:3-5:
3 Another angel, who had a golden censer, came and stood at the altar. He was given much incense to offer, with the prayers of all God’s people, on the golden altar in front of the throne.
4 The smoke of the incense, together with the prayers of God’s people, went up before God from the angel’s hand.
5 Then the angel took the censer, filled it with fire from the altar, and hurled it on the earth; and there came peals of thunder, rumblings, flashes of lightning and an earthquake.

Hebrews 12:26-29:
26 At that time his voice shook the earth, but now he has promised (see Haggai 2:6), “Once more I will shake not only the earth but also the heavens.”
27 The words “once more” indicate the removing of what can be shaken—that is, created things—so that what cannot be shaken may remain.
28 Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe, 29 for our “God is a consuming fire.”

Amen and Amen.

In His Wisdom,

Daniel Glimm

Übersetzung: Margit Kelly

"Great is the Lord, and most worthy of praise, in the city of our God, his holy mountain. It is beautiful in its loftiness, the joy of the whole earth. Like the utmost heights of Zaphon is mount Zion, the city of the Great King." Psalm 48:1 NIV

The High and lofty place of Zion embodies the character of God, His attributes and the very essence of His being.  The Mountain of Zion is the great edifice of the Temple of God. The work of building the Temple has been the climb up this great Mountain to the Throne of God. "This is the law of the temple: All the surrounding area on top of the mountain will be most holy." (Ezekiel 43:12)

Zion inspires, challenges and moves the heart of man to aspire to greatness, to break through impossibilities and accomplish great feats in the Spirit of God. Zion is very close to the heart of God as it represents the courageous acts of His servants throughout history, in their deep quest, to know Him, to obey Him and to meet with Him. The path up this mountain stretches all the way from Abraham to this present day and reveals the Great Journey the Body has traveled on its ascent to the Throne to take its Seat in Glory.

Abraham's willingness to offer Isaac as a sacrifice in obedience to God was the act that opened the First Gate to the very high and lofty place of Zion—the dwelling place of God. Because of Abraham's faith, the climb up the mountain to this meeting place with God was brought into man's realm of possibility. On this Great Journey as we persevere in the struggle of the climb up this Mountain, we discover that OUR EYES ARE OPENED TO SEE MARVELOUS THINGS, THE MIRACULOUS OCCURS SPONTANEOUSLY, WE ENCOUNTER ANGELIC HELP, AND GOD THE FATHER PROVIDES FOR OUR NEEDS!

It Shall Be Seen!

"Then on the third day Abraham lifted his eyes and saw THE PLACE afar off…" Genesis 22:4

"And Abraham lifted up his eyes, and LOOKED, and behold behind him a ram caught in a thicket by his horns: and Abraham went and took the ram, and offered him up for a burnt offering in the stead of his son. And Abraham called the name of that place Jehovah Jireh: as it is said to this day, In the mount of the LORD it shall be seen." Genesis 22:13-14 KJV

The Hebrew word for saw in verse 4, and looked in verse 13 is the word raah which means to see, to discern, gaze, behold, take heed. Something far greater is being implied in these two verses than simply a casual glance. The same word and inference is used when Moses turned to look at the burning bush—this was looking with discernment and intent! Abraham named THE PLACE Jehovah Jirah, generally translated as the Lord will provide, however, as the same word raah is being used, the correct translation is Jehovah has seen—the implication is, JEHOVAH HAS SEEN THE NEED!  On the Mount, Abraham also looked and saw the ram—and he called the place: "IN THE MOUNT OF THE LORD IT SHALL BE SEEN." (KJV)

The location for this event, chosen by God, was Mount Moriah, which means SEEN BY GOD in Hebrew. As we press on in the struggle of the climb, God will provide what is needed for us to be victorious! In the Mountain of the LORD, as we draw close to the Lord in intimacy and obedience, as Abraham had, our eyes will be opened and we will see and discern the counsels of God and receive revelation of His intentions!

Mountain climbing is not a sport that I would ever consider attempting; I have seen images of people like tiny flecks on the side of great massive mountains, and have wondered, as they are at mid-point of the climb, do they ever get the desire to turn back. Sometimes as Christians we may feel like we have been on the side of that mountain for a long time; we may have the desire to give up when the going gets tough and we are weary, but as we have come this far, there is no turning back!

Many years ago, at a time when I was feeling greatly discouraged the Lord spoke to me in capital letters as He sometimes does to emphasize something. and said, "DO NOT CAPITULATE!" As I dug into this word I understood that God was exhorting me not to give up, or to cave in to pressure, not to surrender to the enemy and give up resistance. In these times, when we repent, the Holy Spirit floods us with renewed strength for the battle and we are able to go on! In the Mountain of the Lord He sees our need and will supply what is necessary for the journey to equip us for the battles ahead.

Being Prepared for this Hour

The Body of Christ has been waging a fierce war in the struggle to overcome, breakthrough and to experience the power of God move in our circumstances, our families and communities. We have been prepared for this hour, have been mobilizing in intercession and are on the edge of great moves of God as the bowls begin to get poured out on Earth. As servants of God dwelling on the Mount of the Lord, our eyes will be opened to see great and mighty things we know not!

Recently I have been following and praying about the Brexit issue—yet I was surprised at the level of joy that burst forth within me when I heard the results. At that moment great revelation and understanding broke forth—I was tasting victory, and I sensed it was a foreshadowing of much more victory to come! I saw cracks in the wall of darkness trying to overcome our nations, and I believe that the enemy suffered a great blow that day! Over the past two years it seemed as if we have been accelerating toward great chaos and turmoil, however over the past few weeks I believe God put forth His Mighty hand to slow down the enemy's movements, causing him to suffer some significant losses. The great wall of global prayer is presently pushing against the darkness and we are beginning to see Light beginning to break through.

I Hear God saying not to capitulate as momentum is on our side! We cannot afford to slacken the pace; it is now important to continue to push back even harder in prayer against the devil's agenda! Answers to prayer are on the way, victory is ours if we will persevere in prayer! The Brexit result is releasing great hope, courage and boldness to the Body of Christ—and to all people, to stand up and let their voices be heard! It is time to decree the will of God with great authority as Esther and Mordecai did—Esther was not satisfied with only the hanging of Haman. She pressed for more in order to finish the job! The King gave them full authority to write their decrees, to continue on an offensive against all the enemies of God's people and His purposes.

The Standard of God Being Lifted Up

When the enemy tries to come in like a flood, God WILL lift up a standard against him! The enemy is presently losing ground as we fight in prayer, revivals are beginning to break out in various places, and there is a sense of heaven mobilizing to flood planet Earth with a great awakening, to inhabit our praises and to release long awaited answers to prayer! Let us be found on our knees praying, as He comes to take vengeance on His enemies!

He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor; Therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; And His own righteousness, it sustained Him. For He put on righteousness as a breastplate, And a helmet of salvation on His head; He put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, And was clad with zeal as a cloak. According to their deeds, accordingly He will repay, Fury to His adversaries, Recompense to His enemies; The coastlands He will fully repay. So shall they fear The name of the LORD from the west, And His glory from the rising of the sun; When the enemy comes in like a flood, The Spirit of the LORD will lift up a standard against him. Isaiah 59:16-19

When we re-calibrate our vision toward success, refocus our intentions on the Lord's power, ability and intense love for us, unite with His passion to see us overcome and become giants in the faith, we will be victorious! God has made no accommodation for our failure, as He is the strength through which we overcome.

Dear people of God,

this prophetic word is a piecemeal and meant to be a reference for the next biblical year (note: 5777/ 2017).
I encourage every reader to read this word prayerfully and to proclaim the plan of the Father over the coming year.

The 2nd of October 2016 And The New Biblical Year 5777

On the eve of October 2nd, 2016 the Jewish people enter the new biblical year 5777. As we are the wild shoots that were grafted into the cultivated olive tree and as such share the nourishing sap (note: anointing) from the olive root, this is also relevant for us (see Romans 11:17-18).

Romans 11:17-18:
17 If some of the branches have been broken off, and you, though a wild olive shoot, have been grafted in among the others and now share in the nourishing sap from the olive root, 18 do not consider yourself to be superior to those other branches. If you do, consider this: You do not support the root, but the root supports you.

The Apple Of God's Eye

Furthermore Israel is the apple of God's eye according to Zechariah 2:8b, with Jerusalem functioning as its pupil. As gentile Christians we benefit from viewing our lives and environment through Israel, so that we can enter our future with Jesus Christ in confidence and with enlightened eyes.

Zechariah 2:8b:
… 8b – for whoever touches you (note: Israel) touches the apple of his eye – …

The revelation we gain by proceeding this way, contains strategic measures which help us to position our lives in the centre of the will of God and in His peace, as Epaphras prayed (see Colossians 4:12).

Colossians 4:12:
12 Epaphras, who is one of you and a servant of Christ Jesus, sends greetings. He is always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured.

The Number “7”

This year is connected to Hebrew letter “Sajin”, which also has the numeric value of “7” and I am going to explain the meaning of this number first mentioned in Genesis 2:2-4. There it is connected to the completed work of creation as well as resting.

Genesis 2:2-4:
2 By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work.
3 Then God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.
4 This is the account of the heavens and the earth when they were created, when the Lord God made the earth and the heavens.

Enter The Rest Created By God!

The above mentioned scripture shows us that God created man to enter into rest with Him first, and then enjoy the works created by Him (note: God) during the previous six days (see Genesis 1:26-27.31 i.c.w. Genesis 2:1-4).

Genesis 1:26-27.31:
26 Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.”
27 So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. …
31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good. And there was evening, and there was morning – the sixth day.

Genesis 2:1-4:
1 Thus the heavens and the earth were completed in all their vast array.

The Day And The Evening

So it is no coincidence that God created the day starting with darkness; this points to working or serving out of a state of rest (see Genesis1:2-3.5b).

Genesis 1:2-3.5b:
2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. …
5b And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.

Entering The Rest Of God

To enter the rest of God (note: Hebrew „šabbāt“) includes laying down ones old life at the cross of Jesus.
Jesus Christ is our „Sabbath“ and LORD over the day of rest (see Matthew 11:28-30 i.c.w. Galatians 2:20; Matthew 12:8).

Matthew 11:28-30:
28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Galatians 2:20:
20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Matthew 12:8:
8 For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath.”

The Time Of Relationship With The Heavenly Father

Our works must not take first place but spending time in relationship with our Heavenly Father. There we gain strength to do the works, the Father reveals to us (see John 5:19.36).

John 5:19.36:
19 Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. …
36 “I have testimony weightier than that of John. For the works that the Father has given me to finish – the very works that I am doing – testify that the Father has sent me.

When we move, grounded on the rest of God which as afore mentioned is the true relationship with HIM, we are able to be productive and joyful and we earn our living with ease. God wants that we enjoy our work (see Matthew 6:33).

Matthew 6:33:
33 But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things (note: natural provision) will be given to you as well.

The work or service carried out on the foundation of the rest and joy of God reveals the kingdom rule of the LORD, because people then become aware of the fruit of the spirit in our life (see Galatians 5:22-23).

Galatians 5:22-23:
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

The Crowning Of The Word Of God

In the new biblical Year 5777/ 2017 we may expect the Holy Spirit to open up the word of God in a greater way; this is connected to understanding.
As a result we crown the word of God by the wisdom and knowledge He gave to us. In this we point to Jesus Christ, our Bridegroom and King of Kings, who at the same time is the word of God (see Proverbs 12:4a i.c.w. John 1:1-5; Revelation 19:13.16).

Proverbs 12:4a:
4a A wife of noble character is her husband’s crown,  …

John 1:1-5:
1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
2 He was with God in the beginning.
3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.
4 In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind.
5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Revelation 19:13.16:
13 He (note: Jesus Christ) is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God. …
… 16 On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written: king of kings and lord of lords.

The Word Of God And The „Sajin“

The word of God is alive and a double-edged sword – this is also represented by the letter „Sajin“.
Applying the word of God results in justice being implemented in the respective environment, so that truth is revealed and life is preserved there (see Hebrews 4:12-13 i.c.w. 1 Kings 3:16-28).

1 Kings 3:16-28 (note: the ruling of Solomon):
16 Now two prostitutes came to the king and stood before him.
17 One of them said, “Pardon me, my lord. This woman and I live in the same house, and I had a baby while she was there with me.
18 The third day after my child was born, this woman also had a baby. We were alone; there was no one in the house but the two of us.
19 “During the night this woman’s son died because she lay on him.
20 So she got up in the middle of the night and took my son from my side while I your servant was asleep. She put him by her breast and put her dead son by my breast.
21 The next morning, I got up to nurse my son – and he was dead! But when I looked at him closely in the morning light, I saw that it wasn’t the son I had borne.”
22 The other woman said, “No! The living one is my son; the dead one is yours.” But the first one insisted, “No! The dead one is yours; the living one is mine.” And so they argued before the king.
23 The king said, “This one says, ‘My son is alive and your son is dead,’ while that one says, ‘No! Your son is dead and mine is alive.’ ”
24 Then the king said, “Bring me a sword.” So they brought a sword for the king.
25 He then gave an order: “Cut the living child in two and give half to one and half to the other.”
26 The woman whose son was alive was deeply moved out of love for her son and said to the king, “Please, my lord, give her the living baby! Don’t kill him!” But the other said, “Neither I nor you shall have him. Cut him in two!”
27 Then the king gave his ruling: “Give the living baby to the first woman. Do not kill him; she is his mother.”
28 When all Israel heard the verdict the king had given, they held the king in awe, because they saw that he had wisdom from God to administer justice.

Prophetic Word

While writing the „Shepherds Rod“ for the year 5777/ 2017, the Holy Spirit urged me to mention the prophetic word “Be alert and see your third-day-calling!” at this point. I received this word on August 16th, 2010, while ministering in the prophetic at the “House of the Father” in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.

PROPHESIED ON  AUGUST 15th, 2010 | 5. ELUL 5770, HOUSE OF THE FATHER, MECKLENBURG-VORPOMMERN/ FRIEDRICHSHAGEN

„My people, a battle over your destiny has begun!
Be vigilant not to fall asleep in the spiritual! Stay awake and live in the power of My resurrection, says the LORD!
It is the third-day-destiny I have given to you! It is the destiny of fresh life, glory and abundance (see Luke 9:22)!
Take care of your new wineskin! Do not grow tired because of the darkness that tries to intimidate you, that tries to rob all of your strength (see 1.Kings 3:16-28)!
It is a night phase where I will visit you to bring you to a higher place (see Song of Songs 5:2; Luke 17:34-35)!
Stay awake in your heart and you will see My glory!
Have strong hands and firm knees in order to carry the weight of my glory, says the LORD (see Hebrews 12:12)!
Stay away from rivalry and show mercy! Release life to receive life!
Come to the central cross of Calvary and release life!
There were three men on the cross, in the same place, at the same time! But only ONE was and is able to give life (see John 19:16-18)!
Pay attention to your start of the day and the movement of the Holy Spirit in the word!
Revelation is coming and will help you to recognise false fruit in your environment and to get your life in order, says the spirit of the prophet!
Let death go and open your hands to receive life!
Proclaim life and resist death!
There is a measure of love within you – the LORD will raise it up, so that you are able to let go and receive in a new way!
Hear the fresh sound the LORD is giving you! The king is in your field to aid you with the power of wisdom and righteousness!
See and behold that JAHWE ZIDKENU  is in your midst (see Jeremiah 23:6; Jeremiah 33:16)!"

The Numeric Value Of „77“

We, the people of God, are in the year of „Ajin-Sajin“, which forms the numeric value of “77” in the biblical year 5777, and we benefit from knowing the meaning of the Hebrew words containing these letters.
Words deriving from this are for instance:

1. „'as“- „strong, mighty, fierce“
2. „'ēs“- „goat, goat hair“
3. „'ōs“- „strength, power, might“ = pertaining to God it describes the majestic power and honour of JAHWE

When looking at this lexicography (i.e. word explanation) on the bases of the word of God, we realise that it is all about the prophetic power or strength of God. God only gives it to those however, who are conscious of the sacrifice and true discipleship and live in it as Jesus Christ did, according to the will of the Father (see John 5:19).

John 5:19:
19 Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does.

The Eleven Curtains Of Goat Hair

The tabernacle was covered by eleven curtains of black goat hair. They covered the first level, i.e. tent of the tabernacle (see Exodus 26:7).

Exodus 26:7:
7 “Make curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle – eleven altogether.  ...

The number eleven and the colour black point to those saints in God's kingdom, who move in the office of the prophet and help to reveal hidden secrets of God; as the number twelve is connected to the office of the apostle, he is the first office-bearer mentioned in the Church of Christ (see 1 Corinthians 12:28).

1 Corinthians 12:28:
28 And God has placed in the church first of all apostles, second prophets, third teachers, then miracles, then gifts of healing, of helping, of guidance, and of different kinds of tongues.

The Strong Will Of A Prophet

The goat hair also points to the strong will of the prophet which he needs to share the word and plan of God to the people, whom he is sent to – even if the addressees are not willing to listen to his voice (see 2 Kings 1:8 i.c.w. Ezekiel 3:8-11).

2.Kings 1:8:
8 They replied, “He had a garment of hair (note: he wore a coat made of goat hair) and had a leather belt around his waist.” The king said, “That was Elijah the Tishbite.”

Ezekiel 3:8-11:
8 But I will make you as unyielding and hardened as they are.
9 I will make your forehead like the hardest stone, harder than flint. Do not be afraid of them or terrified by them, though they are a rebellious people.”
10 And he said to me, “Son of man, listen carefully and take to heart all the words I speak to you.
11Go now to your people in exile and speak to them. Say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says,’ whether they listen or fail to listen.”

As afore mentioned, the Hebrew word for "goat"  is "'ēs" and means "nanny goat, billy goat, kid goat or goat hair". It derives from the root word "āsas" which can also mean "to prove oneself strong, to be mighty, to be strong, to have power and might, to give the maximum possible assistance".
If we apply this lexicography (i.e. word explanation) to the power of the prophetic word, as the apostle Paul describes it in 1 Corinthians 14:3, we can see a close connection between the goat hair and the office of the prophet.

1.Corinthians 14:3:
3 But the one who prophesies speaks to people for their strengthening, encouraging and comfort (note: by exhortation).

There Is No Need For The Goat To Die!

It stands out, that merely goat hair and not skin was used for the curtains. This means that not a single goat had to die for the covering of the tabernacle.
This fact is a symbol that no revelation leaving the mouth of the prophet by the will of God will fall to the ground, but will manifest in the time determined by God. For instance this was the spiritual quality of the prophet Samuel (see 1 Samuel 3:19)!

1 Samuel 3:19:
19 The LORD was with Samuel as he grew up, and he let none of Samuel’s words fall to the ground.

In this biblical year 5777/ 2017 we can expect for God to implement His prophetic word released even more in the earth to use it as a light beam pointing to Him above, so that the people on earth see the truth of His word (see John 8,31-32 i.c.w. 2 Peter 1:19-21; Ezekiel 33:33).

John 8:31-32:
31 To the Jews who had believed him, Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples.
32 Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”

2 Peter 1:19-21:
19 We also have the prophetic message as something completely reliable, and you will do well to pay attention to it, as to a light shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.
20 Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet’s own interpretation of things.
21 For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.

Ezekiel 33:33:
33 “When all this comes true – and it surely will – then they will know that a prophet has been among them.”

Biblical Watchword For The Year 2017

The “Herrenhuter” biblical watchword for the Gregorian year 2017 is taken from Ezekiel 36:26a, where it states:

„I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you;  …“ Ezekiel 36:26a

The verse from Ezekiel 36 mentioned above points towards the inner renewing of believers. As a result, they are not only hearers of the word but become doers out of an intimate relationship with God as their Father.
The last Hebrew letter in the book of Deuteronomy is a „Lamed- (L)“, and the first Hebrew letter in the book of Genesis is a „Beth- (B)“. Together they create the Hebrew word „lēb“, which points to God's greatest command (see Matthew 22:37-38). This is no coincidence, as the Hebrew word „lēb“ means „heart“.

Matthew 22:37-38:
37 Jesus replied: “ 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind (see Deuteronomy 6:5).
38 This is the first and greatest commandment. …' ”

The spiritual functions of the heart are:

1. knowledge (see Proverbs 18:15)
2. recognition (see Isaiah 33:18)
3. memory (see Deuteronomy 4:9).

The heart is the organ of understanding (see Proverbs 2:2; Isaiah 6:10) and wisdom (see Exodus 31:6; Proverbs 2:10).
Emotions like anguish (see Psalm 38:9), sadness (see Nehemiah 2:2), joy (see Isaiah 24:7), fear (see Psalm 55:5), distress (see Lamentations 1:20), courage (see Psalm 40:13), bravery (see 2 Samuel 17:10), pride (see 2 Chronicles 26:16), evil (see Jeremiah 4:14), rejection, disdain (see Exodus 8:28; Deuteronomy 15:7; 1 Chronicles 15:29) as well as trust and affection (see Deuteronomy 6:5; Judges 9:3; 2 Samuel 15:6) all come from the heart
(note: part excerpt from the Elberfelder study bible for the Hebrew word „lēb-Herz“; language code number: 3899).

The Renewing Of The Inner One New Man

Looking at the watchword and the explanation regarding the heart, we find out what the will of God is for us this year, i.e. to renew our inner man, so that our heart is in unison with the will of God. This is another reason, why I think it is no coincidence that the Gregorian year 2017 sees the 500th anniversary of the reformation!
The Holy Spirit reforms the inner one new man (see 2 Corinthians 4:16; Ephesians 4:23 i.c.w. Ephesians 2:14-18).

2 Corinthians 4:16:
16 Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day.

Ephesians 4:23:
… 23 to be made new in the attitude of your minds;  …

Ephesians 2:14-18:
14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two groups one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by setting aside in his flesh the law with its commands and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new humanity out of the two  (note: Jews and gentile Christians), thus making peace, 16 and in one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility.
17 He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.
18 For through him we both have access to the Father by one Spirit.

Finally I would like to quote a statement from Chuck D. Pierce to help us understand better the renewing process of the inner man. Furthermore this statement will help us to enter the changing process of God for our lives in the new year.

The Plea To Renew The Mind

=> In our life as well as in our nations and in regard to the changes in the spiritual atmosphere world wide, we have now reached a vital crux in time.
Amidst all of these changes we face the danger of being blocked, getting caught up between two decisions or having a conflicting view on matters. This is usually the result of old, emotional wounds or thought patterns which we have not yet overcome by the Holy Spirit. A resistance against change builds up in our mind and it hinders us from entering into our future wholeheartedly. We only ever manage one of the two: we either “limp” or “jump”. It is essential that we leave every kind of bondage and jump into our freedom, thus securing our future. Let us JUMP into our FREEDOM.
If you have experienced a trauma, resisted forgiveness and have become bitter in your spirit (region of the heart), your heart will harden and both of your brain hemispheres (note: logic and creativity) will not work together efficiently. Your emotions will be divided.
It is important that you decode your mind and find out, how it resists change.
When the Lord set His face like flint, His obedience removed the veil of resistance between God and the mind. This victory enables us to experience the freedom and fullness of the demonstration of His power in our life.
In the word of God, the word for “thoughts/mind” is the same as for “heart” and “human spirit”.
This is the reason why the mind contains more than mere information stored in our brain.
Your mind consists of things you deeply belief in, your actions (no matter, how good they are) and your deep emotional memories that are the result of your decisions (right or wrong), and the decisions of others concerning you.
Your environment influences the way you think right down your generational line.
Your brain is processor for informations and connected to your nervous system which assesses the influences on your life. “Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God!” (see Matthew 5:8)
Because of this, I sense the necessity to reach a different place of fellowship with God to receive new vision of His character and His being in our world. Let us ask God to renew our heart and mind, and even our brain, so that we can jump into the next phase.

Amen and Amen.

A blessed and sweet year 5777,
